I'm not sure if you know what your BP readings mean, but in short the top reading (Systolic) indicates the pressure in your arteries when your hear contracts (Beats) the bottom (diastolic) indicates pressure in between beats.
185/90 is high both systolic and diastolic. For a 20 year old this is extremely high and you should seek medical advice.
143/72 would be considered high for a 20 year old, but could be normal if you have a family history of high BP or due to lifestyle, i.e. eating habits, smoking, alcohol, being overweight and steroids won't help.
Also you're 20 and in my opinion shouldn't be touching the stuff.

Don't think this reading is cause for concern, but at 20 you'll be well advised to keep a close check on it as you get older.

Will it ever return to normal ?
I tried a cycle in december last year and by now if its not normal should it be a concern
I also want to know if i take stuff to lower it.
After time will it remain lower. Even if i stop taking the stuff to lower it ??

If I understand you correctly you've done one cycle of test for a few weeks? In my non-medical opinion this would not have materially impacted on your bp and definitely not for a prolonged period.
Systolic bp is influenced by many factors. It could be your natural artery shape and composition. I've even been informed of the possibility of thyroid activity influencing this reading. Also don't know your weight, but being overweight is a major cause.
To answer your question you could absolutely use meditation or natural supplements to manage your bp. In my view it's probably not "going to go down and stay there". If it's caused by an external factor you need to identify it, if not it's something you need to stay on top of and control, which again can easily be done especially at your age.
Again, your readings aren't cause for alarm, so don't loose sleep or work yourself up about it. Just keep an eye on it and consider it when you make lifestyle, including gear, choices.
