Next Cycle Recommendations ??

Hi Experts.

So I'm planing my next cycle, beginning of July, and advice / coaches on this site is always spot on.
This will be my 2nd cycle in the last 2 years ....history and Stats.

Stats at present
Age: 38
Weight: 90kg - still cutting
Bf%: 12 aprox

1st cycle ---Frontload = Tbol60 4W, Base = TestC 500 a week 16W , Bride = Var 60 ..then Pct2 ..Weight 93kg
2nd cycle ---ST 320 1cc a week 15 weeks, Brige winny 30 ....Pct2 ...Weight ended 95kg

Any suggestion or ideas wil be great ...

Your previous cycles are not too great but also are effective they are just too long with little benefit from the extension. 2 Years clean is great it means your receptors should be ready to fire in top gear. I would go for a golden Test and Deca cycle, add a strong frontload and make sure to plan for your bridge (it's gonna be kak long from the Deca, i.e. 50 days). I am happy to help, but refuse to spoonfed so get some research/ask the forum for help, then get back with clever questions and we will help you do something extraordinary.

What I meant with 2 year is, I have been on cycle the last 2 years. Not clean.

From what what have read, Deca destoys your Libido, so would like to avoid that root, I might be wrong, please correct me if im wrong, and I know you wil, so my thinking is to replace that with equip instead ?

So my sample plan sofar is this ....

Week 1-12 ST 500 1cc a week
Week 1-12 Equi 350 1cc a week
Week 9-14 HCG 250iu EOD
Week 13-14 TesP 100 EOD
Week 13-19 Var 60mg
Week 15-19 Proviron 60mg

PCT No 3
Week 19-24

So here is my clever question, I hope, that last time I used ST ...I got some not walking straight PIP at times, so I read that if I add 1cc B-Complex and 1cc B12 ..if might help. So the Question is ...do the oil go in the syringe first or the Bvits ...or does it no matter?

I hate mixing oils and water. One thing I can tell you that adding B-Complex will not help, that alone hurts like hell, B12 may help but I still dont like mixing the two, its just a mental block the way in which it mixes and start to freak my head out with the bubbles which I know it not harmful in such a small amount and because it's not going IV.. The EQ if its PGW will help smooth it out, it does for me.

What really helped me the last time, was firstly taking a hot bath, then I used to put the oil in hot water for a while before injecting, used to help a lot. But did not always had time for that protocol. So gald to hear the EQ can help ...thx.

Question to vets ...

If you are prone to anxiety ....should you rather stay away from EQ ? ....
Why would EQ up your Anxiety ?

Stay away from EQ if you suffer from anxiety. It increases the heart rate and blood volume causing increased hypertension all which contribute to anxiety. I start to get it at doses as low as 350mg. I love the drug and you will see on the sample cycles how I have dosed it high, but that was when my anxiety was not an issue.

Depends what type of anxiety you have. My anxiety is linked to my heart rate and blood pressure. So if EQ raises my blood pressure or heart rate it make me very anxious. Otherwise I can't think of any other reason EQ will up your anxiety

I'm not diagnosed with any anxiety disorder, but just sometimes I do worry about a certain thing that seems to bring up some anxiety or when something suddenly changes or happens in my daily life, but so do all people .... I do manage it, and it does not control me to an extend that I cant do anything in so disorders ..... So will it be a problem in cases like that ???

It's actually more complex than that but I'm not going to go in depth typing on my phone, but it's around GABAergic transmission. Read up on how GABA effects the brain and that will give you a more concrete understand of how EQ increases anxiety. And then you can read up on how a benzo works to help anxiety and you will get a better picture 'like how a car brakes slow down a car (benzo)'.

I have extreme anxiety and need psychiatric treatment for it. For me EQ has never been a problem also before treatment. I see all the bad stories follow a trend of high dosages or used with Tren. I.m.o. the rule of thumb is stay below 700mg per week you are fine.

So take my opinion with the knowlege that this is my first time running Equi, Im in week 11 and I'm running a stack with multiple compounds (Not including Tren) that currently include 1.2g/week Equi. I Agree with Pyro, it is dosage related, but also person or DNA related, friend of mine dropped Equi at week 5 after running 600mg/week because he could not handle it, but he has had anxienty issues all his life. Me on the other hand, have never had any issues with anxienty, and Im running this stack, without a single issue or side and Im loooovvving it. Cant say its only the Equi, but im feeling like a Super human and will include it again in future stacks.

I think, I will give it a shot, I have done allot of reading to understand the compound, including the GABA effects, and what to expect ....@ 1cc / 350mg a week, it should be low enough not to give so much of a hassle, discontinuation it is always on the table. I think the biggest thing here is to know what to expect and how to deal with it.

So maybe you misinterperted what I meant in my post Oupa, and thus Ill try to clarify.
I did not elaborate on dosages as if I know anything, that is why I stated "note that this is my Opinion, and is my first time running Equi". All I said was I agree with Pyro, Yes that it most probabily is dosage related, but also agree that is a big mental thing aswell. Pyro has and have had anxienty issues and can handle it, this friend had to cut short his cycle few months back in week 5 after having issues, and he ran it twice before a few years back. Now he is also newly married and have other priorities in life that causes the anxienty.

So OP, sorry if you also thought I meant run a large dose, that is not what I meant, was just trying to say Equi have a bad rep over dosages, but you can either handle it, or not I think, I have no issues at all at this dose. You have to try it to know, because if it does work for you I think (again my opinion) that it is a awesome drug. Start low, I also did not start week 1 at this dosage, and im probabily bigger than avarage, so my body's kg/mg can handle more.

As for the Piss against the wind comment. I dont even want to elaborate on that. If you dont have something meaningfull to write, why take the time to write at all? My wife is a doctor, she injects me every morning after checking blood pressure morning and at night. I have donated bloods twice as of this morning in 11 weeks, I have friends on drugs for longer than what I can remember, Im not new to any of this. Just because you prefer to run only lower doses, does not mean all body's is the same and I can't run larger amounts without sides and issues.

That bit of a response to my comment... well i will say it again. Running 1.2g of any compound the first time around is plain stupid. Whether your wife is a doctor or a barmaid, it's still stupid and unsafe. Equi also takes a long time to reach its peak in your body, so checking blood pressure before or a week after injecting most likely makes no difference while it's building up in your body.

To go a step further, your knowledge on anxiety is almost non existent. You should not be giving advice when you have no knowledge. Anxiety is not something easy and won't be the same for everyone who commented in this thread. It's a lot more complex than "either you can handle it or not". And adding drugs to it can make things alot worse (hence the post from the OP).

PS you're not new to this, but that does not make you an expert. Your actions regarding equi goes to show that even with all your experience you're still inexperienced.

So I will refraing from saying to much as I dont find this discussion brings anything meaningfull to the Table and its not our thread and dont want to spoil this thread for OP.
Ill just say this, that nowhere did I try to give expert advice as you try to state, it was all my opinion, and I keep with my stance, extensive knowlege of Anxienty or not. The only way OP will know if he can handle it or not is to try it. No Doctor can help with that, as some would tell Pyro for instance with his history to never try it, yet he has no problem with it.

And as for my dose, I have a well know around the world friend that recently endend on stage in a international comp, running simular cycles year round, and my wife who also does bikini on stage looking after me and my bloods on cycle. So I feel I will be Ok, almost in week 12 and No No issues at all. If you feel you are the expert on Equi, I never feel that I know to much to learn from others, so feel free to give me your 5c. If you are not an expert on it, maybe dont just stay on this forum, go speak to Pro's and read up about a High Equi, low Test cycle. Its proven with very low sides, yes I added a few things like Primo and more but that does not change much with regards to the "risks" I run.

So for me, this is the end of this discussion and thread. Keeping helping others like you do on this site daily, but try and keep the finger pointing and negatives to a minimum, this site does not need a bitter side to it.

Whats your stats Razor and what brand are you using for injectables?

Im not using only 1 brand Oupa, could not get all from one brand, so Im using 2 labs at the moment. Alpha Pharma, and also Bayer... (I dont live in SA)
Alpha is a little underdosed in my Opinion, have to pin more, but its not bad stuff. Cant get ahold off Britsh D as of yet.

Stats: Age 30
191cm (6.26ft)
103/104 kg (Almost 230Pounds )
And bodyfat is 6-7%
Dont run any Orals atm..

A while ago I did ask if anyone knows the brands here, As I can get alot of Turkish, and Russian gear as well, but Im scared of bunk stuff, thus I stay away from Chinese labs.
