Hi guys
I think I know quite a lot about training and anabolics, however as they say its important to consume as much knowledge from different sources as possible. So, for the time being, I will consider myself a complete newbie in the world of gains.

My Stats
Weight : 201 lbs
Length : 6ft2
Bodyfat : 12.5%

I've been training for 10 years as a natty, and I feel like I need something for a boost. Its been a cycle of being lean at the expense of some size and the inverse. I want to change that. My diet is on point I feel, so the only question being is whether using Testosterone Cypionate will be worth it in the short term/long term. I am considering taking a low dose of test cyp only, I don't intend to get huge or compete.
My goal is to drop 4% bodyfat and to gain around 15-20lbs lean muscle in 2020. Thus weighing 220 lbs with 8% bodyfat.

How should I structure my PCT and Dosage of Test Cyp?

220 lbs at 8% in a year on medium dose test cyp is not close to possible unless you have the genetics of the top 0.1%. But don't worry everybody has unrealistic expectations of steroids. If you did a few cycles of high doses of a few steroids stacked you might come close if you have very good genetics.

Realistically if you gained 30 lbs of muscle, then wanted to drop to 8% body fat you would have to cut down to about 210 lbs if you factor in the water weight lost when losing a few % body fat, plus water lost when you are on a calorie deficit with lower muscle glycogen.

If you gain 20lbs of pure muscle , you'd probably have to get under 210 lbs to cut down to 8% body fat and look ripped without holding water. It's not as simple as body weight + muscle - fat = goal. You lose a gram of fat, you lose a gram of water. You lose 1 gram of muscle glycogen, you lose ±3g of water.

Don't even consider low dose test cyp. It's not enough. 500mg/week + an aromatase inhibitor.

PCT 3 as in the articles section is ideal, but PCT 2 should suffice if you're just using testosterone at an average dose.

Thank you very much,I thought it might be unrealistic for a year with only test cyp, but it's better to aim high and reach as high as possible.

I will definitely look at 500mg/week and at PCT 2 and 3 under the articles section.
