Minimal "androgenic" cycle was created by MPhilosopher

I have been looking at the anabolic/androgenic index of various compounds.
I was thinking of running a small amount of test c or e - something like 200mg, and adding 100mg of primo.

Would this be a decent first cycle?
What cycle could you recommend for minimal side effects and is anyone onboard with inhibiting aromatase before symptoms - essentially a prophylactic dose.

Won't do any cycle above 14%. Training 6 years. Low volume high power output training is the best way I can explain it in a sentence. Don't train for maximal strength - what I consider a good balance between hypertrophy and strength

Hey man
I am 23, pretty set on a cycle: 300mg test c, anavar 40mg possibly swap to winny towards the end, and I was looking to add another compound. With the price of primobolan considering it isnt pharma grade not sure how keen I am on that atm. Was thinking of adding 100mg deca.
So in summary
300mg test for entire cycle
40mg anavar daily
swap to winny maybe last month
100mg deca(?)

12 weeks oral dht's. Lekker when your only 23. Shits going to catch up with you mid 30's

Kind of want to keep it very moderate. Would you recommend adding the anavar in later? or taking an overall lower dose everyday, say 20mg?

Definitely recommend research. Judging by your questions it seems as if someone is recommending things to you. Either that or you did the research and will do this cycle regardless of advice here.

I’m no expert, but I’ve seen plenty forums and boards with none being as focused on your well being as this one. So before deciding on doing this at least apply some of the safety advice

Yep this is my first cycle Oupa.

@Hoosain, I am pretty set on 300mg Test, I have not yet decided dosage and duration of orals. I am thinking of actually not including any other injectable and saving that for 2nd cycle.

Then go for 300mf test nd keep it that way. Make sure you have your pct goods before starting your cycle. Also try and get an AI to have on hand as you don’t know how you’ll react to test yet.

Also diet, you haven’t mentioned anything yet. At 14% there is probably room for improvement.

If this is your first cycle, then use only test for 6 weeks. Reason for this is lets see what happens when you use test. Hoosain gave you good advice about your pct and ai stock, make sure you have that.

After 6 weeks, if all is good, lets see how you feel and respond. Then we add something that will enhance your golden cycle properly.

There is many options, but i recommend this way.

What oupa says is perfect regarding the 6 week mark. I was thinking of something similar in terms of adding in a bridge, but didn’t want to recommend anything as we tend to wanna overdo things as humans despite getting advice to hold off for a while.

So please do keep us updated once you start and especially a check in at the 6 week mark. Then we can see about that something extra to get the most out of your cycle.
