Hi All, Firstly thank you for this wonderful read during our National Lockdown and all the knowledge that has been shared by top class members.

My background - I have always been active in sport but always been obese due to bad eating habits the following stats can be shared before I did my mind shift in 2018.
My 2018 stats was as follow - Age 37yrs, Height 1.83, Weight 142kg pure fat.

My Current stats after following a active gym program for 18 months and eating clean for 18 months with the now and then cheat meal. - Age 39yrs Weight 112 kg a total weight loss of 30kgs in 18 months. Never skipped gym neither leg days :cheer:

My questions is as follow -
1. Can I do a cycle yet or loose more weight? If NO please ignore the rest.
2. My Goal for cycle - to harden up my loose fat/muscle and to become stronger to train harder and more intensive.
3. With the above, what will be a good cycle to start out as novice?
4. The gear brand I have familiarized myself on this forum with great information and great experience from members.

At 39 you are approaching an age where TRT becomes somewhat of an amazing intervention, from a health point alone. I am not a steroid expert, nor am I a doctor. Speak to your doc or endocrinologist, get your levels tested (independent of a doctor if you please). This is an idea that won't put your health at risk and possibly allow you to reach your goals. It is a safe starting point.

I second this.

Congrats on beginning to transform your life. TRT could definitely help a lot, but always consult with a doctor first. I’d have a hormone profile done first also. In addition it’s always advisable to get within a healthy body fat range before using steroids due to the aromatisation into estrogen being higher in those who are overweight. Estrogen control is a common problem for those who are overweight on cycle.

But a full blood panel is necessary before you start. You might have dyslipidaemia (having been overweight) and certain androgenic steroids exacerbate this.

first off, well-done on your transformation, i have done something similar over the years, and it is brilliant work you have done.

before we even go into the PED usage, let's look at your diet please and your training.

the first thing most people find after long periods of dieting is they forget they need to boost calories from time to time to allow hormones to bounce back. also, we live in a society that is shit scared of fats in their diet which generally has negative effects on hormone levels. That being combined with TOO MUCH training whilst not enough calories won't allow for a successful recomposition.

let's look at those components first.
