Lean cycle for sports related injury

First up, this site is wow. I had no idea there was something like this in SA. The wealth of information and the input from the moderators and community is awesome. It feels like I'm at the right place.
I'd like to ask a question regarding a sports injury I've picked up over the last few months. I've a shoulder torn in several places. The injury happened end of September and have been attending physio ever since to restore range of motion. Physio is now completed, biokineticist work is now taking place to build strength. I would like to speed up the process to get some strength in the shoulder caps.
Bulking for me is counterproductive, super lean is by far more a focus. In fact, it would be helpful to maintain as much of my current physique as possible, I purely want to provide a kickstart or helping hand in terms of building blocks for my shoulder. If there is lean bulking, I guess as a side effect that is okay but gaining size is going to be counterproductive when it comes to sports.
I've done a ton of research, on this site, as well as elsewhere, but I feel confused about cycle length, compounds (weary about orals), and PCT. It seems like Clomid and Nolvadex is the way to go but I can't quite figure out what amounts of time to take things for. The sample cycles on this site also don't quite seem aligned to what I want so a bit of guidance would be very helpful.
Could anyone make a cycle suggestion? Thank you.

Have you used gear before? If not.. Use test only.

I tried NPP in the past, wasn't a fan, didn't like the action. For test blend, do you mean Sust 250? If so, I've found the water retention on Sust 250 to be a bit much for me in the past. What do you think of a short Tren Ace + Test prop, cycle?
So 8 week cycle of:
300mg Tren-Ace 100 weekly (100mg EOD)
300mg Test prop 100 weekly (100mg EOD)
PCT starting 14 days after last inject (because of test prop half life):
2 x Clomid 50 per day for 7 days
1 x Nolvadex 20 per day for 30 days after the Clomid
That seems like a light enough cycle, yes?

If not tren, what would you suggest? Equipoise? Or Masteron? (I'd prefer no NPP)

Masteron will not help recovery, and EQ although being great for increasing collagen synthesis to strengthen tendons and joints, it takes extremely compared to NPP and anavar to help with healing because of the long ester.
Tren will help with recovery for your rotator cuffs and tendons, but the increase in muscular strength is disproportionate to the increase in tendon strength and recovery, and will make it easy to re-injure yourself. Especially with the added aggression and adrenaline making it almost impossible to just lift light weights on tren.
NPP is a good recommendation. Works fast and is effective for healing tendons and joint. Much less side effects than tren. 300mg/week tren ace is a lot for first time. It's stronger than 1g of test per week.

I'm concerned about NPP being detectable over long periods of time, hence wanting to opt for an alternative. If there are no superior alternatives then NPP will have to do but I'd prefer to get it out of the blood stream and urine samples as quickly as possible after a short 8 week cycle.

remember tendons and ligaments have piss poor blood flow, muscles have great blood flow, so at this stage getting your muscles stronger than your tendons will allow will only set you up for further injury as the muscles will be compensating for the rest. This is why tendonitis is a bitch to recover from is due to lack of blood flow.
also, why risk your career by using detectable substances to recover from an injury.
I would look at doing dry needling with the attachment of a tens machine to make tendons contract to increase blood flow to that tendon and shoot your GH to aid that recovery.
CBD, CURCUMIN, OMEGA 3 will be your friend right now to reduce inflammation and aid recovery.

Needling was part of my physio treatment. I also regularly use CBD and I've a healthy vitamin and mineral regime to keep me firing. The basics are good, I wouldn't have come here if it was a fresh injury, it's several months old already, I simply want a helping hand. Thanks for the feedback.
