Testosterone might aid in recovery but literature does not support its use in fixing injuries. Would be interested to hear where you heard it was. Testosterone would only aid is disuse atrophy of the muscle, otherwise it is quite pointless.
I would try BPC and TB500 as mentioned above and possibly ostarine although, ideally, I would stay away from anabolics until you are heavier and have established a good diet and training routine.
The aforementioned peptides will aid in helping you more than the cycle you suggested and they have the benefit of not playing around with your HPTA.
Sorry if this came off as too blunt but I don't think the cycle would really do much IMO.

To explain: both legs' muscles hurt pretty much all of the time. The pain goes up and down in some weird cycle that lasts a few days each. When used, I will develop a DOMS type pain the day after even if I just walked to the shops.. this after training about 500km a week a year before. They are always sore to the touch especially when massaging or foam rolling. It affects ONLY the cycling muscles. I started swimming and have no upper body issues and am progressing well ( no cardio issues at all ).
All of this is after I amped my training load way too much and finished a training season with a 200km solo ride while already overtrained. I could feel something went way wrong.

This article then shows how effective Test is in increasing the muscle fiber myonuclear number ( that has been destroyed with overtraining ) pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12067856/
So that is why I defaulted to test and MK677. Test for the increase in muscle repair and MK 677 for the extra HGH.
Thank you for your suggestions, Ostarine looks very interesting as well.
