TRT or Cycle First? was created by pocketmuscle
Good day all,

The last couple of weeks I have felt a lack of energy, almost lethargic most of the day.
Last weekend I decided to do some fasted bloodwork and my results were as follow:

  • Total Test: 3.2 nmol/l ( reference range 6.9 - 23.6 )
  • Free Test: 60.9 pmol/l ( reference range 170 - 660 )
  • E2: <70 pmol/l ( reference range <185 )
  • FSH: 2.5 IU ( reference range 1.3 - 19.3 )
  • LH: 0.7 IU ( reference range 1.2 - 8.6 )
  • SHBG: 30.9 nmol/l ( reference range 13.3 - 89.5 )
My current stats:

39 yo
1.78cm
76kg, the last 2 months I have been doing cardio 5x week - fasted and weight training in the afternoon. So I have leaned down a bit.

My last cycle ended last year: 300mg Test E and 300mg Masteron per week.
PCT was done as per example 2.

What is kind of strange, if you have a look at my bloodwork, my wife fell pregnant about 3 months ago.
Not sure if this is a bit odd if taking into account my bloodworks.

What I would like to know is, what would you all recommend my next step/s be:

Unfortunately, I do not have access or whereabouts of a knowlegable doctor regarding TRT, so to me I have two options:

I can either start TRT say at 100 - 150mg per week (75mg Monday and 75mg Thursday), run this for a couple of weeks and do some bloodwork to see where they are at and take it from there.

OR

I can start doing a cycle, which I was planning on doing in the near future. Say a 10 weeks cycle, and once the cycle is complete, instead of opting for PCT, I start with TRT.

You are more than welcome to give me some flack if my 2 options above are not in my best interest.

But I would really appreciate your honest opinions.

Thanks

Lots of elements while on TRT to take into account with your health. Your bloods and age are perfect to find a Dr and do this properly. Do this yourself, take bro science advice and in years to come its possible you land up with health problems.

Thank you for your honest opinion.

Not sure if you can remember pump, but a few years back you have helped me tremendously with health related issues. I know I cannot ask for any doctors / specialist due to this sites rules and I honour it. But is there perhaps an alternative manner in which you could assist me please?

Would really appreciate it if you could assist me in doing this properly as you suggested.

Thanks.

LesDr could correct me if I'm wrong, but an endo or urologist should be vastly up to date in treating you.
