Donny's first 'sarm' cycle

After some back and forth, I've decided I want to bite the bullet and run my first cycle.
Mid 30s, 90kgs, 16% bf, been in the iron game for 7 years.
Last 2 to 3 years, progress has been slow..
I've run bulks, cuts and maintenance, so I generally know how to diet, manipulate calories and I train hard and heavy (for me).
Ped history, zero only creatine.
I am on finasteride, and am happy to report no side effects, I am not on any other meds.
My goal is to gain a few kgs of muscle and bust through my natural strength limits.
I am a recreational lifter and have no aspirations to compete or get to very low levels of bf, I just want to get a bit bigger.
What I'm running is lgd 10mg (LP).
Running it for 7.5 weeks (I've got 52 caps).
Reason I chose sarms over aas, is that from the research I've done, they will lower your testosterone, but you won't be fully shut down.
Will run a Nolvadex pct, I have clomid as well, but not sure about using it. I guess I'll decide once I get near the end of the cycle.
I am currently a few days into the cycle, with nothing to report so far.

Weight up an average of 1.8kgs.
Training is good, I have maybe slightly more energy.
Appetite is good.
Libido also good.
Nothing else really.
No sides.

I'm lean bulking, being doing so since May.
My plan with this lgd cycle, is to push past my previously achieved 'natty' limits and gain a few kgs of muscle.

3 weeks into cycle, average weight up another 0.4kgs.
Nothing else to report, no negatives.
Question, can I donate blood with sanbs?
If I can do I just not disclose the sarms or what?
I'm not concerned about hematocrit or anything, donating blood is just something I usually do.

5 weeks into cycle, average weight up another 1.2kgs, (3.4kgs since start of cycle)
Strength has gone up, I've gained a few reps on my lifts.
Negatives- slight testicular cramping, it comes and goes not really pain just a little discomfort.
Libido still strong.l

No noticeable fat loss yet? With lgd I ate maintenance calories and noticed quite a bit of fat loss.
Loved the lgd, was just a bit taken aback by how much it actually affected my body. I personally used the clomid as well despite having planned nolva only as per your cycle. The shut down was just too noticeable even without bloods and I decided to go the clomid route before nolva.

I plan to approach my pct the same as you, if I'm feeling shut down then will do a full clomid and nolva, but if feeling OK and still have decent libido, will do the more mild nolva only pct.

6 weeks into cycle, average weight up another 0.8kgs, (4.2kgs since start of cycle)
My training intensity is probably the best it has been, feel really good in the gym.
A little bit of lethargy during the day though.
No other negatives, the previous testicular cramping seems to have subsided.
Will continue pushing hard for the last bit of my cycle.

To recap I ran 10mg lgd per day for 7.5 weeks.
Positives:
Final average weight 95.1kgs, so a weight gain of 5.1kgs.
I feel fuller, shirts are a little tighter.
Strength went up, got a max on weighted chin-ups (despite being 5kg bw heavier).
Training intensity has been good.
Negatives:
Ball cramping a few weeks back that went away, general lethargy, last week or 2 a drop in libido.
Further things to note:
My appetite in general has increased.
With the weight gain, my body fat has probably drifted up another 1 or 2%, but this is kind of expected as I was in a bulk phase.
Thankfully no nasty side effects, no hair loss, no acne.
Plan:
Run pct of 20mg Nolvadex per day for 4 weeks.
Also got some Npl test surge, which if I'm honest will probably do nothing, but it was cheap so will use it.
I will continue training hard and push for progress and hopefully keep most of my gains.
Any tips here, will be appreciated, although I'd prefer to not be taking more chemicals.
I will keep this log updated through pct.

Bodyweight average 94.5kgs.
Strength and workout intensity still good.
Sex drive has increased, however not fully back to pre cycle levels.
Overall I'm happy with how it went.
