FIRST CYCLE (ANAVAR + TEST ENANTHATE)

Hey guys. I know my profile is new I just haven't created one as I've just been reading threads and ideas from you guys.

A bit of an idea of who I am. Im male 24. Been training for around 4 years now and I'm 1.92m tall.

Im considering taking my first cycle which would look a little like this :

Anavar 20mg (liquid pharmaceuticals) at 20mg/day for 6 weeks in the beginning or end of my Test E cycle, I need advice on if its beneficial as a kickstart to my test cycle or if its better to lean out towards the end of the test cycle.

And Test Enanthate 300mg/week (PGW) - for 10 weeks.

I will have arimidex on hand as I'm going to be cautious rather than not. I know its a low dose but I'm a cautious person and I want to be prepared for any estrogenic side effects.

My pct will be a pretty basic Clomid pct as its not a seriously rough cycle

At 100mg per day - week 1-2
And 50mg per day - week 2-4

I have my diet pretty dialed down as well as my training. And I'm pretty strict on myself with those things aswell as I have assistance with a trainer ( I understand I could just ask him about it as I know he has knowledge about it, but I dont want to have that kind of client trainer relationship with him yet.)

Are there any suggestions to this cycle. Keep in mind this will be my first cycle and I'm not looking for insane results with higher doses. I just need an over all opinion and who better to ask than you guys as over the past year or so I've seen how you guys help newbies quite well.

just use test on its own. but if you're really jux to stack wih var then yeah use at the end of the cycle. 20mg a day is great don't let anyone tell you that you need to run higher to see results. just cos you can't feel it doesn't mean it isn't working

I'll use 20mg Anavar for the entire 10 week cycle with the 300mg Test E.

For PCT I'll use PCT 1: www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/articles/9-post-cycle-therapy

You'll likely get away with less for PCT, but you can only benefit from a proper PCT.

Ahhhhh thank you so much, I really appreciated it. I was just concerned for running it for that long. Most people say running var longer is really bad for your liver values but thank you, I'll do some more research.

I have a very sensitive liver due to a liver disease in my youth and can't touch orals such as Dianabol, Winstrol or Superdrol... I get incredibly sick within days. Anavar, Proviron and Primo does me no harm even for very long cycles, so you'll be fine on 20mg Anavar for 10 weeks.

I'm busy with my first sarm cycle and this cycle is kind of what I've got my eye on to do, if I decide to step it up to aas.
1 thing to note from my readings, pgw test E has a reputation for injection pain, so lots recommend pgw test c instead for 1st timers.

Correct, the Testen can cause severe post injection pain especially when injected into quads, delts and other small muscle groups that are used frequently. It's more manageable when injected into glutes.

I prefer Testocyp over Testen myself.

I use PGW test E actually first time ever using this lab. I find it goes in super smoothly with no pain at all

Late to the party, but rather late than never.

Love the low dose idea, I've always advised it and the compounds are my 2 personal favourite.
Already got all the great advice above, small extra to get the eating dialled in nicely. 20mg anavar is not going to get you completely shredded, but with the eating in place you'll see the difference and you'll definitely feel it if using LP 20mg.
