Hi guys, I'll be starting my first clen cycle very soon. After doing all my research, I've got some questions. Just to pre-face, I'm also currently on 20mg ostarine per day (been on for a month just to kick start my cut and prevent catabolism) and will continue for another 4 weeks. My last bits of fat are sitting around my lower abs and I think clen will finish the job.
It seems the most popular protocol is the two weeks on - two weeks off, but I've also seen 4 days on and 3 days off floating around. Any experienced users have suggestions on this? I'll be starting at 20mcg and incrementing by 20mcg every two days.
Since the body acclimates to clen rather quickly (hence the protocols): would taking say a dose of 40mcg straight for the 2 weeks have diminished effects? Ie. Does one HAVE to increase the dosage throughout the two week cycle until you hit 100+mcg for the clen to have any effect?
Also it seems finding pure taurine supplements in SA is very difficult, so in the meantime the best I could do is get a pre-workout with 2.5g taurine per serving. I'm hoping this is enough to at least make the muscle cramps bearable. Anybody have recommendations for taurine supps? (If this breaks the rules, please edit).
