Blood Results after 1 year on TRT- Any advice?

Hi Guys,

I am on 125mg Sustanon per week at the momment.

I am switching over to Cyp as I believe Cyp is beter for TRT than Sus.

What is your opinion on my results and please feel free to comment on my Low SHBG (5.6)

You will get much better advice from the other members but those levels dont look like TRT levels to me.
What else are you taking that your SHBG is low, makes sense your free test is high but even your total test seems high for TRT

I was thinking of dropping the dose down to 100mg per week.

If it's for TRT it's to much gear. Lower the dose a bit or when moving to Cyp, test again in 8 weeks, but try a little bit lower dose. How many days after you injected the sustanon did you test? Next time also test e2.

I take my Shot Sunday Evenings,I went for tests the Friday before my Sunday shot.

I will lower the dossage to 100mg and then will test again after 8 weeks.

Will test Estrogen then aswell.

Cypionate is best for subQ EOD shots yes.

Would there be a difference between cyp and enanth for this?

Ive used enanth for ages and seems ok, never really placed much difference between them but if there is would be keen to try

No not really. Enanthate is more likely to give you pain and swelling around injection sites. The carrier oil used for it is usually thicker than the oil used for T cypionate.

Between Enanthate and Cyp it doesn't really matter. I normally use cypionate. I inject 0.18ml EOD subcutaneous. I have been on TRT for 18months. My Free, Total T and SHBG is spot on. Estrogen is also good. When I used to inject once a week, or even twice I would get estrogen related symptoms. Puffy nipples, redness and etc. EOD is easy with an insulin syringe. I alternate between stomach tissue and lower back/love handles due to lumps and hardening of tissue. Injecting more frequently results in more stable levels too, less spiking and etc.

Noticed this too. Although most labs use Ethyl Oleate. Ethyl Oleate not great In terms of inflammation in the body but that's a whole discussion on its own.
