Getting rid of the "dad bod" was created by Bezz19205
Hi guys

Looking for some advice. Been out of the gym for a couple of years and aquired a but of a "dad bod" that I would like to shed. I used gear back in the day when I was still training but things have changed so much that I am no longer as clued up as I used to be. Any suggestions out there for a fat loss/decent muscle gain cycle?

36 years old. Started on a calorie deficit diet around 2 months ago and have seen some good results. But I want to step it up a bit. I am not overweight just need to work on some areas on my body a bit more.

Fatso here,

The only thing that will get rid of it, is work......

Try some HIIT, dont waste money on fatburners etc...

Obelix is quite right. Get back to hitting the gym - 75% weights and 25% cardio worked well for me (14 kgs lost in 8 months. Body fat now 12.1%. Trying some Metformin might help - it did for a lot of my guys. Please listen to Oupa - running a cycle now is not a great idea - keep in mind fat produces estrogen. Shut down your T now, and you're gonna have a fun time getting rid of all the E2 come end of cycle.

Good luck and I hope this helps.

EDIT: Shit it's late at night and nearly forgot the most important thing: Sort out your eating plan first, even before you start.

Just ask your GP for a prescription. Looking at your stats, it's anyway likely that you may have a degree of insulin resistance.

What does your training program look like?
What does your diet look like?
How many steps are you doing a day?
What is your fasting blood glucose level?
