You are getting to get massive side effects running a cycle like that.

Max your testosterone at 3mg per kg. Then for the first 5 weeks take 2mg per kg masteron.

At week 5 up the masteron to 4mg per kg that will put you at 7mg per kg.

Then for the last 5 weeks you add in 3mg per kg of tbol split during the week.

Throwing yourself in at 1.2g of gear to start is just going to cause massive oxidatize stress on the body and you aren't going to know what the hell is hitting you from which side. Remember, longer, lower,slower.

are those still good numbers to put on a decent amount of mass, because on all other forums i read people doing like 1.2g test with 800mg tren etc

you need a couple things for muscle growth :
training with progressive overload
eating to grow
sleep/rest/recovery to allow the muscles to repair.
a bit of drugs
and do this for long periods of time.

first off, this is a long term game, if you want fast results, you going to suffer with health concerns. so you can do what everyone else is doing, and end up with the health issues that come from massive dosing.

so for you if you were my client :
week 1-5
250mg test cyp
200mg masteron (i know this is higher, but I'm just using 1ml of enanthate as an easy number to follow)

week 6-10
250mg cyp
300mg masteron
15mg tbol pre workout (75mg per week)

week 11-15
250mg cyp
400mg masteron
30mg tbol (15mg pre workout, 15mg before bed) 150mg per week.

that means you are going from roughly 5mg per kg of body weight to 10mg per kg in a slow and controlled manner. same with nutrition. start at maintenance calories set at 2.5g protein per kg of body weight, 1g of fat per kg, balance of food comes from carbs, every week you gain a kg, you move the calories up. if you are doing 15 weeks and go up 100kcal a week, you will be chasing mass and get massive growth. adjust calories for fat gain

much of a muchness, just easier to draw out 1ml at a time, and go for it, enanthate is usually dosed at 300mg vs 250mg.

If you can't grow on that at and a decent amount of food(Start of about 3000) you aren't training hard enough and should take up chess.. half these guys on other forums that do more than 12mg per kg to start a cycle end up fucked eventually.

How long is q piece of string? If you eat junk all day and don't do the cardio you require and just pack on fat and water then you can pack on 20kgs. If you do it properly 6-8kgs of lean tissue and 4kgs of water and fat is do able. It's all dependant. Remember the water and fat just pushes blood pressure up and strain on your kidneys. This is why this is a marathon not a sprint.

Ok so I just ended week 3 of this cycle.
With the dosage recommended. I'm eating between 3000-4000 calories daily. I'm around 1-2% higer body fat and 6kg heavier. Is the increase in weight mainly bloating?

Well the 1000 caloric swing is where the fat and bloating would be. If your fat is up 2% on 82kgs that's 1.6kgs of fat in 3 weeks. 1.6kgs x 9000 is 15000 calories, roughly, so divide that by 21 days which means calories are too high by about 600/700.

If you maintain at 3000. You need to he at 3300. That additional 700calories over 7 days is going to be just over half a kg fat gain.

I don't get how you guys do a large swing like that. It's like trying to save money, but some days I'm gonna spend R100, and save R20, others days I'm gonna spend R115 and save 5. Rather just spend R105 a day and save R15 constantly daily. At the end of the month you won't have these wild fluctuations of savings vs spending. Same with your diet.
