I’ve done some hard research. For the regional mma circuit I am in. Clenbuterol will not show up in a tests that get done to me before I enter a tournament. I have already (it was an impulse purchase) bought Nova Labs Clenbuterol 40mcg and 1mg Ketotifen.
I’m planning on cycling it for 6 week. Starting on 20mcg for 3 days then upping the dose by 20mcg every 3 days until I reach 120mcg and staying to it for the remainder of the cycle.
I will implement the Ketotifen once I feel the Clen isn’t doing what it’s supposed to. Does it sound like I’ve got it right here?
I want to cut +/- 12kgs (27 lbs) in those 6 weeks.
does it sounds possible?

Uhhhh that's interesting, you do realize that detection of clenbuterol is really long.

And also tapering up to 120mcg over 2 weeks and staying there for 4 weeks. Holy shit balls you are brave, and can handle the cramps and the shakes and the side effects.

12kgs in 6 weeks is really a push, especially if you are wanting to actually be able to perform and function to make that Weight.

If you want to be able to function and perform, 0.5-0.7kgs per week is maximum for fat loss, making weight is another whole story, I've dropped 3.8kgs in a day, and I've got a mate that did 9. But I really don't suggest it. And I also wouldn't be happy openly telling you how to use diuretics on an open forum.

Firstly, if by regional, you mean amateur, I doubt they test you guys. Those tests are very expensive and need to be done by 2 independant labs. Currently there is only one in SA. At least, there was. Whether it's still certified is another thing.

Then, why do you want to lose weight? Do you want to drop 1, maybe 2 weight classes?
What is your current weight and BF%?
If you're 90kg with 15% BF, you can easily cut fat and then the last few kg's as a water weight cut for weigh in. You should have enough contacts to be helped with a weight cut for weigh in. If you've never done one before, it's hectic and your body needs to be conditioned to handle the massive water loss and immediate rehydration with no, it very little loss of performance. NB! Amateurs attempting  pro level cuts have died
I have seen fighters cut from Welterweight to weigh in at LW. To me the whole weight cut makes a farce of divisions as you rarely get true weight class representation. Only HW where you don't need to cut.
Bit, I digress. That's a debate for another day and another forum.

If you're already lean AF, it means you need to cut muscle, which, is harder than what you think and more importantly, it's going to negatively affect stamina and strength.

However, without knowing what your beginning weight, bf% and goals etc are, it's difficult to give advice.

Edit/Addendum: by tests I mean for PED's. They may well do a simple urine test for things like cocaine, amphetamine etc.
PED testing requires more intense use of equipment like Mass Spectrometers which are fun to work with but moer expensive.

Good judgement comes from experience.
Experience comes from bad judgement.
