Youngster 1st Cycle was created by Yammie
Hi guys. Me again, asking help for my son whom is 20 years old

He is 1.7 and weighs 67kg's ... extremely lean.

I know you'd want to say ... EAT !!!  But I can see that he's exactly like I used to be and I just don't want him to follow in my footsteps and try all
kinds of cycles through his live and get nowhere.

He trains 5 times a week with a PT from 10:00 to 11:00.
I know his diet needs work and I need to find out who I can talk to about that.
Like me he's a very difficult gainer.

I must mention. About 2 months ago I thought of giving him Testocyp 250 ... 1ml every 4th day.
After the 2nd week he started getting puffy nipples, so we stopped it immediately.

I'll really appreciate any help and suggestions

I would recommend checking out his diet and ensuring that he is in a decent caloric surplus, as diet is one of the most important if not the MOST important key factors to building muscle. If you simply are eating a ton of junk just to get to your daily calorie intake there is a very low chance that you will build muscle as quick as you would by following a structured diet by eating clean foods, before you get your son to inject endogenous hormones, make sure you have the basics in tact. Test cyp is a good choice for a first cycle and dont worry too much about the puffy nipples whilst on cycle, once you start to run your pct the chances are that most likely the puffiness will disappear.
Is he very active or playing any physically demanding sports?

Come on dude.... you gave a kid exogenous testosterone?

AND you didn't have ancillaries to prevent shit hitting the roof.

For future, you'd have gotten a lot of advice asking this before acting.

First off, without having the right amount of calories, he is going to struggle to put on mass anyway. If he can get down 2800-3000 calories daily without gear, he will grow.

Once he can stick to that food volume for 6 months, then consider gear.

don't worry about the puffy nipples on cycle? Of course you worry about the puffy nipples on cycle. That means you are armotazing Testosterone to estrogen and your test dosing is too high. Just because you go into a pct and test levels drop, doesn't mean that the development of breast tissue that has formed will go away fully.

Really bizarre advice to give someone...

Many 20 year old males are still growing. At 1.7m give the poor kid a chance. Testosterone at doses high enough to give puffy nipples (from estrogen conversion) can stunt that growth.

Estrogen causes premature fusing of the epiphyseal growth plates. It's irreversible. Which is why teens who start using steroids usually don't reach their genetic height potential.

A few weeks will not do anything, so no need to worry, but wait a a couple of years at least.

I am not here to share ethical choices etc.

I will, however, also add that it is better for people not to choose this lifestyle....

If this kid DOESN'T want to take gear, lucky him.

Once you give a 20 yo one shot, he will want more and more.....

I would only respond IF the kid wants to cycle, in which case he needs to be fully educated.

I find it a bit irresponsible to push a 20yo to take a shot.

😳..shit. Gear is not buying fast food for a quick fix. Please research and go see a doctor before you f-up your child's life.

Why should he go see a doctor?

Thanks for all the comments and concerns guys.

a Bit of background.
I've been on this forum for at least 13 years (member for 12years) ... having read 90+% of the posts.
I am not 'fan' of steroids or even taking medicine for the slightest pain or sickness.

I did not at all force my son or give him the idea of taking some test.

Most of his friends in his rugby team have been taking some kind of steroids since they were 17, which he didn't (because of me keeping him from it and because of this forum making me understand how bad it actually is for you, especially when young)

When he came to me 2-3 months ago with the idea of doing a cycle (and me knowing how difficult it is for him to gain weight) .... I said OK ... let's have a look at a very soft approach.
No dianabols ... nothing but 1ml of test. 250 Cyp as mentioned.

After the second shot and his nipples started itching we stopped immediately.
I had Arimidex and Letrozole on hand.
Only 3 drops a day for about 4 days was needed to clear it all up.

For safety i gave him Clomid 1x50mg per day for a week and then Nolvadex 1x20mg per day for only 2 weeks.

I told him what Empire said about rather jumping on a good diet and to forget about steroids for a couple of years ... as his body is still creating a lot of his own test.
And he was more than happy to listen to all your comments and concerns.

We've both had a flue and tummy bug thing this last 2 weeks, so 'diet' has not been on our minds.

But by next week I hope to have a nice diet on the table for him and myself ... and then start the journey again.

So looking at his weight and his test dose means he was at 4mg per kg roughly, which is gonna suck later on in life if he is getting estrogen issues on that dose. He probably won't be able to do over 2mg per kg ever.

By the sound of it, your son's genetics are that he tend toward being leaner framed. He can run a massive stack, gain a chunk of weight, but as soon as he stops his body will drop the gains back to his genetic profile.

Good judgement comes from experience.
Experience comes from bad judgement.
