I’m currently 29 years old and 198 cm’s and weigh 92,5kg’s at around 13% bf. I have been training for 12 years and was natural until 2019. From 2019 I’ve been on a trt dosage of 175mg of test a week with no ai. I eat around 3400-3600 calories a day. 203g of protein, 430g of carbs and 108g of fat. I managed to gain around 7kg’s of muscle since starting my trt but I have stalled with progress for the last 2 months. And although I gained 7kg’s it’s not really noticeable on my frame. I’m now looking to do a cycle where I can pack on muscle mass and actually get close to the 100kg mark or beyond that. I’m stumped as to what would constitute a good cycle in terms of anabolics used and the varying dosages. Please can you give me ideas on what you think my cycle should consist of? I have been told by numerous people who have used PED’s that test,deca and dbol would do wonders for adding mass onto my frame, however the dosages were ridiculous with recommendations of over 1g of test a week, 500-750mg of deca and 50mg dbol a day for the first 4 weeks. And that’s something I don’t feel comfortable with. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
