TRT and Gyno? was created by JHHannes
Morning members,

Another Gyno question......   I know I'm sorry.  Not sure if it is though.  From how people explain what it feels like mine doesn't match the description.

History:  Did a few cycles 2015 to 2016 beginner bulk @ 500-600mg per week.  Never had any issue with gyno back then. Came off completely at the end of 2016 and kept to eating healthy and training up to 2018.  Took a 4 year break after 2018 due to a lot of factors.

June 2022 started training and dieting again.
Sept 2022 started with some TRT @ 300mg per week. At the time I weighed 100 kg @ 1.86m age 35
Currently still on 300mg per week weight at 94kg

Now my concern, Tuesday I started noticing that I have tenderness in my left breast while leaning against my desk at work.  Did the old arm behind the head and started pressing/searching.  So I'm gonna try explain best I can.  No hard lump or anything like that.  It is not directly below the nipple either.  In line with the nipple about 1cm to the center of my body is what I can only explain feels like a muscle strand(if that makes sense) that is tender and moving about when pressed with a small lump.  When I pinch it, it is less tender.  Also my left bottom half of my pectoral is swollen but not much.  I did chest yesterday so before I noticed it chest was done last week Wednesday.

I've got some Aromasin and Nolva on hand.  But like I said I'm not convinced its gyno.  Nipples are not itchy not a single other side that I can even think of.  Any input advise would be appreciated.

Thanks

300mg test for TRT? Where did that put your total and free T?

Seems to me that’s a cycle and not TRT

Reduce dose to 1.5mg per kg and notice if it goes away or not.

You could run a HRT instead of TRT which a combination of test and another compound like masteron, takes care of the estrogen issue. So 1.5mg per kg test, 1.5mg per kg masteron.
