I'm struggling to get an answer in the PCT section.
I need to order my new batch soon so trying to get answers asap.
So I'll start over.
I'm 35 years old my weight is 95kg and length is about 1.85m.
I'm on the following cycle:
Decca D 350
Masteron E 200
Test 250
On week 11
Question 1
Do I need to do a PCT after each cycle.? Yes or no.
Question 2
Do I need to do something about my rock hard nipples. Can it cause issues or can I just continue with next cycle.
Question 3
I feel like my gains might be at a plateau. I've read at the site where I order my supplements I can take proviron to solve this issue. Is this true.
Question 4
If questions 2 and 3 are yes, do I take it together with my next cycle or will proviron sort my hard nipple issue.
Thank you in advance for any advice.

Really? I don't believe you.I'm struggling to get an answer in the PCT section.
It's not a simple Yes or No. If you don't do TRT then Yes. If you do TRT then No. In your case it will be a Yes.Question 1
Do I need to do a PCT after each cycle.? Yes or no.
What's "rock hard nipples"? If you have Gynocomastia then you'll have to do something or it will just get worse.Question 2
Do I need to do something about my rock hard nipples. Can it cause issues or can I just continue with next cycle.
No. You need to make sure your diet is adequate so that you can recover from the training and you need to change your training routine from time to time so that your body does not get accustomed to the same stimuli. Train a week with lighter weights and lower intensity and then resume with an altered training program.Question 3
I feel like my gains might be at a plateau. I've read at the site where I order my supplements I can take proviron to solve this issue. Is this true.
Proviron will not help with gyno or to get over a plateau.Question 4
If questions 2 and 3 are yes, do I take it together with my next cycle or will proviron sort my hard nipple issue.

That's the point of this forum right.
For people like me asking stuff like this even stupid questions sometime.
I thought hard nipples is estrogen build up. Not very hard but you know you can feel it's something that shouldn't be there.
This is my first cycle.
So from the feedback I gathered here I'll get some Nolvadex and what else should I get to do a PCT.
And how long after my last injection should I start PCT.?
And then how long after PCT can I start injecting again?
Is this questions valid?
Or does it depend.?
I don't gain much more. Not sure why but I'll change my training routine and my diet. I'm not sure what else I can do.
Do you need more info to establish what I should do.?
And yes I always Google but don't always get the answers im looking for and it always differs from your replies so not always an option. I really hope I can get a positive response.
Thanks.

This article from this site in articles tab will indicate when to start your pct and you can follow one of these.
www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/articles/post-cycle-therapy
As for when to do your next cycle it’s not cut and dry, mabe someone else can but what I think is you should take abit of time because the whole point of a pct is to get your endocrine system working without exogenous hormones and you may have some negative consequences so it might take a while to get to homeostasis. Mabe the glands are just sensitive and there isn’t permanent damage growth tho. But what I’ve been saying is it doesn’t make sense to pct and jump back on cycle too soon or there is absolutely no point in doing the pct.
Im also just learning, trying my best to advise, where I haven’t answered you is because I don’t feel that qualified to really.

Looks like 45day to wait. cause my longest acting Ester was Decca.
Just one more question,
Do I follow example 2 or 3 PCT?
I know it's not one cause my cycle wasn't that weak. I have a feeling it might be number 2.
Another question... Once on PCT do I carry on training and diet like normal?
Thanks

So I don’t have atrophy.
I’ve been on the same cycle basically just without masteron. Using hcg I wld think wld be a good idea if you haven’t done it on cycle.

do you have to wait 45 days to start your pct? Well if it was a car that needed to go to a panel beater, would it be best to stop crashing the car into the wall first before getting it fixed?Okay thanks. And do I really have to wait 45days after my last injection to start with my PCT. Just need to make sure
And also how long after my PCT is done can I start another cycle?
When ever there is still exogenous hormones running around the system, your natural hormones will be suppressed. If you want complete elimination of exogenous hormones it's usually 5x the longest half life. You can do the maths on that.
Alot of the time you DONT NEED A PCT. as much as everyone is going to shit on that idea, the idea of pct is to try and restore hormone levels as fast as possible which will happen when there is 0 exogenous hormone in the system.
Think of recovery of hormones like a factory. The longer the factory is shut down the longer it takes to bounce back. Shut down is not based on amount of drug used, because you could use 100mg of test and be shut down. You can use 2000mg of test and guess what? You don't get more shut down than shut down. You can't close a door more than closed, you can't make it super closed. So it's not the dosage more so than the length of time on. Same with a factory. If you shut down over Christmas for 2 weeks, you will come back in the new year, do a spring clean and the customers will still be there, and so will staff. How ever if you shut down for 2 years like covid, you will need to find new customers, find new staff, find new suppliers of raw materials, service the equipment etc which could take you 2 years to get back to full running capacity. So recovery is all about length of time on and suppression over amount or type of compound used. Simple as that really.
So if you are going to go on a course, do pct and go straight back on again, you are just slamming multiple doors constantly. Also at 35, you are never going to restore test levels back to what they were when you were 16, so this is where trt is a viable option.
So if I was you, or I should say what I do, seeing I'm 38, is 16 weeks on 8 weeks trt, 16 weeks on 8 weeks trt and so on so forth. But that has its own risks and that is my prerogative seeing i do stand on stage in a little bikini from time to time.
