Then revert back to my first suggestion of using clen, yohimbine and cardarine in the next 8 weeks for fat loss and muscle retention and growth.
Cardarine will do 0 for muscle growth. Clen will do something for muscle growth.
Cardarine will do something for fat loss. Yohimbine will do alot for stubborn fat loss at a dose of 0.2mg per kg per day taken first thing in the morning with clenbuterol before cardio. Clenbuterol will do something for both fat loss and muscle building.
Start your clen off at 0.5mcg per kg of body weight (80kg person will get away with 40mcg tablet daily, a 50kg person can get away with 20mcg per day.) And after 3-4 weeks you can go up to 1mcg per kg. And do that for the duration of 8 weeks.
You are utalizing different methods of action of a drug in order to get the best bang for buck essentially.
Clen works on beta2 cells in the body(muscle and fat) which will ramp up energy expenditure as well as have an effect on lowering myostatin levels which will allow for muscle growth that has 0 hormonal changes in the body. Yohimbine blocks alpha 2 receptors in the stubborn fat of the body, which allows that fat to be liberated from where it is stored, mobilized into the blood stream and oxidized for energy.
Cardarine works on a different system all together and will also help with oxidization of body fat that has been liberated(released) from where it is stored.
The biggest issue with stubborn bodyfat is that it does not have a great blood supply to it, so doing some hiit cardio 2x a week for 10mins max will aid that. So start off with 5mins of low pace walking/bicycle/stepper to warm up. Then for 10mins do 40/20 intervals, so 40 seconds moderate pace, 20 seconds all out getting your heart rate super high, back to low. Do that for 10mins max 2x a week. Then carry on with normal low intensity cardio there after. Heart rate between 120-130bpm.
