Gyno issues

Hi everyone,

I've started a cycle recently consisting of:
Week 1 - 12: 350mg test E per week 
Week 7 - 12: Winstrol 40mg
Standard PCT of Nolva and Clomid.

I'm 5 weeks into the test E, and I can feel gyno symptoms. Sensitivity, puffy nips. I have aromasin on hand, and have been taking the standard 12.5mg EOD from week 3. However when I felt the gyno flaring up, I upped the aromasin to 15mg ED and 20mg Nolva ED. Slight reduction in the sensitivity, but still feeling weird. Do I need to lower the test, increase the AI, get some letro? Any advice is appreciated.

How long have you been taking the nolva?

I assume no bloodwork... but this would be the best step.
While you wait for bloodwork, answer the first q and I am sure others will also give feedback soon.

EDIT: Nolva can be problematic for some and doesn't neutralize the gyno as it should work. I would drop nolva and see where you lie with just the AI if that could be the case.
 

Don't be too aggressive with the AI's. You should not need more than 5mg Aromasin at your Test dose unless there is another cause for the gyno.

Drop the Aromasin dose down to something reasonable like 5mg per day and see how it goes for another week. If there's no improvement the best advice would be to get blood tests to see where the problem is.

EDIT: Don't play with your nipples or obsess over them as that makes matters worse and it's not uncommon for the "weird" feelings to be entirely imaginary either.

I agree, drop the Nolva and also lower the Aromasin.

What is your weight. Lower test to 2mg per kg.

Gyno is from too much Test converting to estrogen. So.... lower the test and use products that dont convert. Even throw in masteron cos that can lower estrogen. 1:1 masteron to test

2 weeks at 20mg per day. Getting bloods done on Monday, will post results here. Thanks for the input.

92kgs, will lower the test down to sub 200mgs going forward and see what happens. Is there any advantage to adding proviron in replacement of masteron, as they both have estrogenic lowering properties?

There is "benefit".
I would strongly recommend getting this in check before relying on another drug.

The issue could be nolva, did introducing nolva worsen gyno symptoms?

I would find where you feel good on T alone, before adding a strong DHT derivative.

A DHT could likely cause you to need less of an AI, but it is a good idea to get an understanding of what you need in both situations.

Arimidex is also a bit easier to manipulate as it isn't a suicidal AI, so you will essentially have the ability to allow aromatase to convert to E2 if you go too low.

EDIT: I would also consider 50-100mg zinc and a low dose of an AI if E2 needs to be controlled. Some people feel better with top range E2, some feel better with low-mid range E2, it will take some experimenting. Any other symptoms? Acne on chest and shoulders can be E2 related, watery puffy look.

why would you want to throw in something like proviron which has no real muscle building properties, where as roughly the same amount of money can be spent on masteron that will do the same as proviron plus build more muscle and reduce the need for an AI. 

if you need an Ai you test dosing is too high, sadly, some guys get gyno issues on 1mg per kg 00pump is close to being one of them..

At 2mg per kg you should be fine with masteron. Masterons other benefit is also lowers prolactin levels. 

If im spending x amount on running 20-40mg of proviron ( 140-280mg) and i can spend less or the same on using masteron E at 200mg per week, i know what im going for.

But you more than welcome to do the proviron route but the muscle building is negligible in comparison to masteron.

I only added the nolva when I felt the gyno. I was taking 12.5mg AI EOD, now taking 10mg ED and giving it some time to see how it goes.

Cognition and sleep are good. Feeling a bit lethargic on the AI and Nolva, obviously dropping my E2 a bit low. No acne or other side effects at the moment.
