You would have wasted your time running pct directly after your course finishes.
You have to wait 4-5x the longest half life for substances to clear the system otherwise you are trying to push the accelerator whilst having your foot on the brake and wonder why you are standing still.
So looking at this, you are the guy who used max bulk and got gyno side effects. That rules out using 19nor substances.
Also using more than 3mg per kg of Testosterone is most likely driving up estrogen and water retention and blood pressure not to mention phlebotic changes such as increasing rbc and hemoglobin thus increasing hematocrit. Adding in a substance known to drive up rbc like Equipoise (as it is from the same Testosterone derivative family) is just a chance of thicken of the blood drastically.
I would change your approach completely.
I would use dht substances with a Testosterone base. Your Testosterone dosing stays constant for 16 weeks at 3mg per kg. So yes you would start and finish on roughly 250mg Testosterone. I would then work up to 10mg/kg total of all substances over 8 weeks, and then stay at that dose for 8 weeks then come off.
So i would go for a masteron e base.
So you would do it as follows.
Week 1-3
250mg test
160mg masteron e
Week 4-6
250mg Test
300mg masteron e
Week 7-8
250mg test
400mg masteron e
Week 8-16
250mg test
400mg masteron e
15-20mg anavar daily.
That will give you lean solid results, wont give you any form of water retention or estrogen related issues and it will mean no gyno or need for an AI.
That coupled with a diet where you are at about 3450 kcal on training days, and 3000kcal on off days or 3200kcal everyday(no changing of macros)will result in your lean gains approach.
