Good day everyone

I'm here for some advice from the experts, although this might be a bit of a strange subject matter.

My stats:
Age: 36
Weight: 80kg
Height: 1,78m
BF: 22%
Training: on and off for 8 years
Medical condition: Diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome at 21

So here goes:
Ilivinf with CFS/ME has its challenges, as I'm sure everyone has their challenges. I'm generally a very active and sporty person, have never used steroids, and am not a body builder. The best medicine I can take is Vitamin D12 (weekly injections) to assist with fatigue.

The problem is that I need to pace myself physically, having to climb a mental mount everest every day to get out of bed. The older I get, the worse the fatigue is getting, and the more muscle mass I lose.

I've done a lot of reading and research, and my worst fear is to end up bedridden - which is why I pace myself physically.

During a good week, I train 5 x a week, and a bad week - none. I go through stages where I can push through for 6-8 months training and eating properly. At times I crash, and need to get myself out of the hole, which can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months.

My goal:
There are plenty of studies that suggest that if you can keep your muscle mass going, you can keep yourself out of bed. Being in shape doesn't hurt either :-) I train to help my mind, the physique is just a fortunate consequence.

My intention:
I'm looking to cycle for periods of time, not at high doses, but rather to be stronger, put on some muscle mass, and have the energy boost that testosterone gives you. With as little side effects as possible of course.

Out of people in the US that have tried doing this, the results seem to be promising and helping them. Even if this is just a mental victory, it's still a victory. The one person swears by Keifei.

With all of the above taken into consideration, please can I have some advice on what testosterone to use, at what dosages, for how long and post cycle therapy. My expectation is that there will be a crash after each cycle, so how soon before I can go on the next cycle.

I know that I'll have to test this, and listen to my body. You need to understand that this is my last resort, which is where I am at this point in my life - trying to not just wither away.
