I'm starting a cycle soon and was looking at doing 16 weeks test e 300 base with possibly a Kickstarter like tbol for a month then at the end running some var.
I have done a couple cycles in the past and really don't like pinning IM but do it anyway. My questions are as follows:
should I do increase the test e as I go along? I want to start at 300mg a week and end off on 600mg.
for this long Ester do I have to pin more than once a week? I've heard it's more stable in the blood pinning twice a week but that doesn't really make sense with a long Ester.
Is 16 weeks long enough or should I go to 20 weeks?
I'll keep aromasin on standby and start hcg when the shrinkage starts.
Diet on gear is in check, my bloodwork came back and my test levels are a bit low but everything else is within range.
I'm 31, 186cm, 115kgs and around 25% body fat.
I plan on doing cardio everyday around 20min.
