Adding any oral where maxiumum muscle growth is the goal is going to be incredibly difficult..
For maximum muscle growth you need milligrams and calories. Taking orals are known to kill appetite, especially something like anadrol. I have to force feed myself on anadrol, and thats pre contest when im already starving.
So taking orals will give you milligrams but you wont get in calories.
Your best bet is to take your body weight multiply by 10. Thats total weekly dosages so 82 x 10 is 820mg per week.
Limit testosterone to 3mg per kg so that is 240mg per week, so doing a sust 250 will be fine 350 may be too much.
And if you want to yet maximum growth with minimal side effects, go for primo over anything else. You have never run a 19nor so you have no idea if gyno is going to be an issue. You can use masteron over primo.
So you know that 250mg of test per week is your dosing your test will be 250mg per week from 1-15.
Then you have 7mg per kg to play with.
So week 1-3 add 200mg primo/masteron per week.
Week 4-6 300mg primo/masteron per werk.
Week 7-8 400mg primo/masteron
Week 9-16 600mg primo/masteron per week.
That is going to be your best bet. If you are Suffering from low estrogen sides on those dht substances only then drop masteron/primo to 500mg per week and increase test to 350mg per week.
Calories at probably 3100-3300 protein at 220g per day, fat at 80g per day balance from carbs.
