TRT and Bloods advice was created by l1qu1d
Morning gents,
I’ve been on TRT for about a year, for 6 months a physician gave me 250mg sust (1 shot per month) and for 6 months I’ve privately used 62.5mg weekly (0.25ml test-c 250)
Yesterday morning I went for bloods before I had my weekly bump (I inject every Thursday) the results are below, am I under-dosing myself horribly?
The reason I went for bloods is on Monday morning I woke up with bad nipple pains, so I took 20mg Nolva on Monday and Tuesday, seems better now.
Am I getting all the E “benefits” at this dose instead of the T? For yesterdays shot I upped it to 75mg (0.3ml test-c250) to better align with the 1mg per kg ratio, my dumbass wasn’t aware of this
Me: 75kg/1.78
S-PROG 0.4 nmol/L (was 0.3 Aug 23)
E2 74 pmol/L
Test-Tot 11.6 nmol/L (was 12.5 Aug 23)
Test-Free 276 pmol/L (was 314 Aug 23)
FSH 0.3 U/L
LH <0.5 U/L
S-PROLACTIN 8.7 ng/mL
SHBG 23.7 nmol/L (was 21.6 Aug 23)
PSA 0.84 ng/mL (was 0.69 Aug ‘23)
Cortisol 294 nmol/l
Thanks for any advice.

Once a month injections with sust is going to be kak.
You would get away with increasing your test to 100-40mg per week.
How many calories a day are you eating?
How many hours of sleep are you getting?
How many days a week are you training ?
How much cardio per week are you doing?

Definitely underdosing... Where did you get the idea to use so little? A healthy normal Total T to aim for is around 20 nmol/L.
No need for 9/10 guys to worry about haematocrit, blood pressure, heart health if you stay around there. Keep in mind - 100mg of Test Cyp is also not 100mg of Testostetone. It's only 68mg with the rest being the cypionate ester.
