I'm starting my first cycle in January. I'm 27 Years old and been training naturally for 10 years now. I'm 180cm and weigh 80kg, +-14% bodyfat. Training 5 times a week, Eating 200+ protein per day and the rest I make up in good carbs and fat to my maintenance calorie amount. I got my bloodwork done at a TRT Clinic in Cape town and was open to the doctor by telling him I'm going to take anabolics. According to the results he said I'm in perfect health to pursue this. Obviously need to check bloodwork regularly as I progress.
I intent to do the following for my first cycle:
Orals:
Week 1-2 50mg Anavar
Week 2-4 75mg Anavar
Week 4-8 100mg Anavar
Injectables:
Week 1 - 4 500mg E (Injecting Twice a week)
Week 4 - 8 750mg Test E (Injecting twice a week)
Week 8 - 12 750mg Test E & 500mg EQ
*Injecting Everyday from this point
*I intent to run bigger cycles in the future and want to be comfortable with injecting daily.
Week 12-16 1000mg Test E & 750mg EQ
Week 16- 20 1000mg test E & 750mg EQ, 300mg NPP
Week 20-24 1000mg Test E,1000mg EQ, 400mg NPP
Week 24-28 1000mg Test E, 1000mg EQ, 500mg NPP
Week 28-32 750mg Test E, 500mg EQ
Week 32-36 500mg Test E
Week 36-48 200mg Test E
I will take injectable L-Carnitine daily.
I will have AI on hand and will ONLY use if I have estrogenic related side effects.
I bought a blood pressure machine to monitor BP daily.
**Depending on my bloodpressure, I might swop out the EQ for Masteron.
All supporting Health sups I do have , Alkaline powder, Omega 3 & 6, Magnesium, Zinc, B Complex and Multi Vit. Will also have Electrolites every morning. Might take some creatine, Glutamine. Don't think I need pre-workout as I should have great pumps on the anabolics.
I know many guys recommend you starting off at 200-300mg of test to see how your body reacts. I will not do that. If I respond negatively to 500mg of test, I will drop it all together.
I will have my diet and training in check. Eating 4 times a day. All 4 meals containing 60-75g of protein. Making sure I have 300-400 calories over my maintenance in carbs and moderate fats. Each meal either consist of 90% Lean Mince, Eggs, Ribeye or Sirloin and chicken. All meats free range. Carbs, Veg and good fats also included.
I wont take any protein powder other than my evening snack which is Greek yogurt, 2 scoops of protein and Blue berries.
I would like some experienced input please. Was told this is the best place to get it. On most forums I get keyboard experts.
I'm sorry for the long message, just wanted to cover most things I think a expert would ask. All input is greatly welcomed.
Also another big thing is which brands you would recommend and why. I have access to UPA, HD Labs and iPharma. The iPharma dealer got the best price. Other brands can be recommended and I will try to source it.
I intend to document the whole thing. If I could post pictures, Weekly updates, Bloodwork results so many other new guys have a proper idea on what to expect when doing this and what to look out for. Please tell me where I can do that.
