Joint and Tendon pain - Supplement was created by Backtoform
Hi all,
Also someone who has been on the forum back in 2013 etc, good advice and ran a cycle. Achieved a lot of PB's on the test cycle back in the day. 160kg bench press, deadlift hit 260kg.

I train quite hard, i enjoy the heavy weights and pushing to failure, but at 40 I am experiencing some joint and tendon pain.

I did try collagen for a few months but nothing, thought was worth a shot. I am back to training hard again so was hoping i could get some recommendations for what works for some of the members.

I did read that HGH does help a lot, but would need some guidance if that is a feasible route to go.

Thank you in advance.

Supplement wise:
6g Omega 3
TNT hinge joint armour
20-30g collagen
1000-1500mg curcumin

others:
BPC-157 and TB-500
Test/deca + anavar
HGH 3ius+

Take sometime off training the affected area.

Thank you for the feedback.

I will have a look at the joint Armour.

I am on Omega 3 and fish oil as well as take turmeric and cayenne pepper powder that I mix.

Appreciate the feedback.

Or you need to learn how to program properly.

If you are suffering from sore joints by pushing to failure, stop training to failure. 1 or 2 rir for compounds is a good space.

Also what is your calorie intake, how much sleep are you getting, what is your training split, what joints hurt, which exercises cause more pain then others..
