Figure out if you have high iron, if so drop all fortified foods, restrict iron consumption and use iron chelators to absorb iron out the blood.
Reduce testosterone dosing and control estrogen as both can contribute to the formation of red blood cells. This also leads to the argument as to why you don't test too high.
