What's your guys protocols to keep haemoglobin levels under control?  Of course bloodwork is going to determine a protocol. Just keen to see what you guys are currently doing to keep all in check

Donate blood. Not fun, but a small price to pay in the long run.

Stop smoking or vaping.
fix any sleep apnea issues
Do cardio 30mins 120-130bpm 3x a week.
Use and ARB.

Therapeutic phlebotomy can end you with tanked iron.

Figure out if you have high iron, if so drop all fortified foods, restrict iron consumption and use iron chelators to absorb iron out the blood.

Reduce testosterone dosing and control estrogen as both can contribute to the formation of red blood cells. This also leads to the argument as to why you don't test too high.

Increase injection frequency too.
