Hi All, 

I am looking for advice on my next cycle. This post might be quite long and detailed, but looking to get the best advice and provide as much detail as possible. 

I would like to do a bulk cycle and go straight into a cutting cycle. I want to put on 5KG/6Kgs lean muscle mass bring my weight up to hopefully 95Kgs and cut down to a lean 92-91 kg. I am currently on TRT - Aspen Sust 60MG every 3 days. 
Bloods 
GH - 0.04
Oestradiol - 61 
Prolactin - 12
Total Test - 16.4
SHBG - 19.3
Free Test - 482

Body Stats
Age - 30 
weight - 89KG 
Height - 1,78 
Body fat - 14% 

Diet
Meal 1:
⁃ Egg whites 200g
⁃ Eggs whole (1 large egg)
⁃ 1 Scoop Applied Nutrition Critical Whey Protein 

Pre-Gym:
⁃ cream of rice 80g - Applied Nutrition
⁃ 1 Banana 
⁃ Pre-Work - Redcon1 Total War 
Intra Gym:
⁃ creatine mono 5g
⁃ EAA 20g - Applied Nutrition 
Post Gym:
⁃ cream of rice 80g
⁃ 1 Scoop Applied Nutrition Critical Whey Protein 

Meal 4:
⁃ chicken breast 100g
⁃ Basmati rice 150g
⁃Veg 80g

Meal 5:
⁃ lean beef mince 150g
⁃ Basmati rice 220g
⁃ Veg 80g

Before bed
⁃ 1 Scoop Applied Nutrition Critical Whey Protein 

Additional information:
⁃ 1 cheat meal on Sunday 
⁃ 2 Cups of black coffee per day
⁃ Min 3L of water a day 
⁃ No alcohol - If I do drink, it's 2-3 single whiskeys and water max, only if the Springboks are playing /media/kunena/emoticons/

Cardio: immediately after training - 130BPM
⁃ Monday: 20min
⁃ Tuesday: 20min
⁃ Wednesday: Nothing 
⁃ Thursday: 20min
⁃ Friday: 20min
⁃ Saturday: 20min 
⁃ Sunday: Nothing 

Training - My training routes are intense and heavy. I train with a gym partner, I'm just going to give you an idea of the kind of training I do, but I'm not going to go into each muscle group as it is a relatively similar routines.
Chest 
⁃Incline chest press - 80% of max. The goal is to be able to get at least 12-15 reps, weight is generally 100Kgs, 4 sets till failure on each set. 
⁃High cable flys - 4 sets of 20 reps, 5-second hold on the squeeze, this is generally a bit lighter 
⁃ Flat dumbbell bench press - 80% of max. The goal is to be able to get at least 12-15 reps, which is generally 35 - 40Kg dumbbells, 4 sets till failure on each set. 
⁃Seated Cable flys - 4 sets of 20 reps, 5-second hold on the squeeze, this is generally a bit lighter 
⁃ Finished off with push-ups, 5 sets, 10 reps, with a 15-second break in between each set 

Lastly, I have run quite a few mild cycles. I've never been one to use high dosages, as I find the result I get on the doses I run sufficient. Some previous cycle 
- Sust 300Mg, deca 150Mg per week - anavar 40Mg, Proviron 25Mg per day - 10 week cycle 
- Test E 250Mg, Mast 200Mg every 5 days - 40Mcg Clen per day - 8 week cycle 

The last cycle I ran, which was last year September 
- Test E 300MG, 100MG EQ, 200MG Mast E per week - Tbol 30MG ED for the first 4 week then switched to 40MG anavar ED, 25Mg proviron, 5mg Cialis - 12 week cycle

If you were a client of mine, id have you record all those working sets, and do an analysis to confirm they are all quality to failure, and the reason for this is 21 working sets to failure in a session, for me, is nearly impossible to do. Most of my clients get away with maximum 12 working sets per week per muscle group, not every muscle group needs the same volume, and also you are asking for joint issues training like this as I will explain.

If you are doing a chest day, a shoulder day, an arm day and a back day, that means your elbows, wrists and shoulders are going to be used 4x a week. Then there is the fact you are probably doing 20-25 working sets per muscle group which is 80-100 working sets just on upper body. Ive never been able to recover from that unless I was 2-3 reps in reserve and on 13-15mg per kg of gear a week, yet you are doing it on 1. Minimal food, 2. On trt only.

Also if you are staying at the same weight week on week, you aren't following any form of progressive overload.

Also 3 pressing movements, 2 fly movements is just repetitive in nature and I dont think you are reaching potentially failure more exhaustion.

Also your calories are quite low and can be pushed up in order to facilitate growth before you even jump on a course.

At this stage i would sort out your training, your diet, and add in 3-4iu growth hormone before bed nightly at this stage and after 8 weeks then add in more compounds such as masteron to facilitate growth.

Thank you for the response, Empire.

I’ve been following this training style for approximately 2 to 2.5 years now. I initially made the shift because my sessions were starting to feel repetitive and boring. It took close to a year to build up the muscle endurance required to get through these workouts effectively, as I was experiencing fatigue after just the first two exercises. That said, I’m very disciplined when it comes to form. If I’m unable to complete a set with proper form, usually after 2 to 3 sets, I’ll drop the weight.

One challenge I’ve noticed is that during chest workouts, my front delts tend to fatigue before my chest does. Similarly, during back sessions, my forearms often give out before my back.

On the diet side, I take 36 mg of Neucon daily, which significantly suppresses my appetite. I was considering using GHRP-6 to help counter this effect, but I have very little knowledge about peptides. If you’re able to provide any guidance or insight on whether GHRP-6 might be a suitable option given my situation, I’d really appreciate it.

Lastly, regarding growth hormone, I’m quite cautious about using GH, as I have a strong family history of cancer on both my mother’s and father’s sides. This is the reason why I have never considered using GH.

You would have just as much issue with ghrps and gh in regards to cancer scare if you are scared.

Most cases 2iu is a replacement dose of what your body produces, 3iu is higher than that, you get more into the risky area at the 8-10iu of gh a day mark as it is closer to risk of Acromegaly which is the genetic condition such as giantism where you have massive igf levels from the massive growth hormone production your own body produces which is more alont the 12-15iu mark, those people are way more at risk of cancer.

Good luck dieting on something like concerta/neucon, it flattens appetite so much that you cant get the food down, even on ghrps, on insulin you may have better luck with driving appetite with low dose keeping glucose lower the whole time, remember ghrps and things like mk677 still mess with insulin sensitivity. Mk677 can drive hunger drastically, but will still leave your insulin sensitivity up to shit.

And about your training, if you are constantly dropping weight due to form, you would get better results doing less work, whilst focusing on getting stronger week on week with less volume.

If you total volume(reps x sets x kgs) keeps dropping week on week due to fatigue or what ever you aren't going to make progress. Less is more.

Front delts involved, well yea of after all that pressing they will be fried, and probably do shoulder pressing movements too.

Personally you would benefit for better training structure, less volume more intensity
