Changing from Deca to Tren was created by h.vanloggerenberg
Howzit guys

Been long since i posted here . I could not log in with my old profile . So i created a new one

Previous one was OPC

So just a bit of background i used to be a member here many years ago ,

Empire did my meal plan and all those goodies back then ( think it was still SLEON those years )

Anyway i registered again last year but was not active much due to travelling for work and so on . But like i mentioned last year , i have used a lot of anabolics those years ,

Last year i mentioned that i have been training and eating very clean most of the time ( i do not smoke or drink) i am a recovering addict

I have been training solid for a while now , and been eating clean , with out any gear ( believe it or not , i actually surprised myself lol)

My stats are

1.76
95kg
bodyfat ( no idea)

I have semi visible abs right through the day , and in the mornings abs are there

I know quite bit about dieting , learning from Empire ( back in the day DJ ) so my diet is very clean , i need to up my calories now , because weight has been stable for about 4 weeks , although i am getting leaner and still holding size

I will upload pics , i just have to check how to do that

So currently on ( 11 weeks in now )

500mg sustanon per week
400mg Deca per week

My question is , i want to drop the Deca soon , maybe after week 14 , and then i want to add tren and maybe masteron

I know the half life of Deca is very long , and i know it is not advisable to run 2 19 Nor the same time

How long after the last Deca shot should i wait to start the Tren ?

will upload pics ASAP

Looking forward to what you guys suggestions are

Cross over from deca to tren will be roughly 3 weeks apart.

However running Masteron on your second half of your cycle would be a better option.

Dosage will now depend on you. 500mg sus with Masteron 300-400mg to manage that test load.

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply Sam , much appreciated .

Just to make sure i understand .

Do you mean adding Materon now and continue with the Deca ? Or drop the Deca and add Masteron ?

Or maybe after 3 weeks , add the tren and Masteron

Sorry man , stupid question probabaly 😂.

How do i upload pics ?

Half life of deconate is roughly 12 days, so 5x half life of that is 60 days for total elimination,  so i wouldnt switch mid cycle like that.

Rather plan your cycles better.

Run this course for 16 weeks..

Come down to trt dose test for 8 weeks, get bloods done, then consider starting again.

Do not run tren after deca with a 3 week gap, thats looking for trouble and issues and is retarded advice..

Your blood work currently on 500mg of test wouldnt be high on the rbc etc and blood pressure potentially would be high as is with the combo you are on.

So there are many things to consider but by the time you switch the deca will be in the system for another 7 weeks and by the time the tren and masteron are at peak concentration its 5 weeks  so you are going to be on course for a very long time before you see benefits and then your total course length is close to 30-35 weeks.

Thank you very much for the advise guys , much appreciated

Thank you Empire , yea that makes sense , i will run this for 16 weeks .

I am on TRT anyway . After years of gear and drug abuse and so on . Been in recovery for almost 3 years now , but due to all the abuse my test levels never came back to normal levels even after 2 years .

I will check my last bloods and post it here , was done about 8 weeks ago if i remember correctly

that was advice from top coaches, who are way more qualified than you +20 years your age. Bud,

any way. Each to they own.

and to end off that’s where coaching comes in. In dealing with individuals like this.

Just because people have skin in the game doesn't mean that running Tren after 3 weeks of Deca is a good idea; it is still retarded advice that you just repeated off someone else.

Yes, I know all about coaching people; it is how I earn my living. But even the original poster knows Deca has a long half-life, and after 21 days of the last injection of 500mg a week prior to the last injection will still mean that with the build-up up there will be roughly 650mg, if not more. circulating in the system, and you are throwing in tren? Yet again, retarded advice, be it from coaches with more "qualifications and 20 years on me" as you say.

so remember, after you come off and plan your next course, you do not want to elevate testosterone too high, usually 3mg per kg is a good spot UNLESS you e2 crashes from running higher doses of primo or mast, so you want enough testosterone to convert to DHT, and enough to convert to estrogen, any more than that is just going to cause a spike in blood pressure and phlebotic changes such as increased RBC hematocrit and hemoglobin which you want to manage, those values go up with even TRT doses of testosterone. SO we don't want testosterone too high, as then all we are trying to do is manage side effects the whole course.

You want to play with more your DHTS going up, so masteron going up quite a bit, now with the shortage of Mast and primo, you can add in low dose equi, although it is not ideal, but you will then also need to manage blood work more frequently, that and will need to most likely add in telmisartan to control the phlebotic changes.

Tren is not really a substance I would recommend using unless competing. This year, my clients competing, I've only got 1 of them running tren, it is a very harsh compound, especially if using acetate..

i have done more reading into Enanthate or tren hex as the body cleaves the ester differntly and doesnt give you the insomnia and anxiety that acetate does, but yet again, i wouldnt suggest anyone to run tren unless competing, the increased out put on thyroid isnt great at all by jacking up TSH, and that seems to cause thyroid levels to crash at about 9 weeks from my experience and looking at clients blood work, but the issue is the Enanthate ester hangs around for ages, so even after ceasing the tren at low dose, those effects hang around for quite sometime.

"I will check my last bloods and post it here, was done about 8 weeks ago if I remember correctly." That's cool. So you would have been in week 2 of your course? That wouldn't have affected your blood work too badly by then. You want to do blood work every 12-16 weeks if you can afford it, and pretty much at the peak of your usage to see how bad things are, and then after 8 weeks of being on trt dose test,
