Your c reactive protein indicates full systemic inflammation probably due to under recovery from massively under eating trying to build muscle as well as the inflammatory nature of high dose anabolics.
Ive got a client who is a doctor and recons crp over 2, especially ultra sensitive crp is a redflag.
Your estrogen is high because your testosterone is to high..
Your hematocrit is high due to probably being dehydrated during tests but its only a matter of time before rbc goes up as high estrogen spikes erythropoietin which stimulate bone marrow to produce more red blood cells.
So in summary , too much testosterone, too little food, too much training, not enough recovery.
I'm not trying to build muscle at this point in time per se. Just retain what is there. However I do understand the point you are making. You should decrease potassium and increase sodium, excessive potassium can lead to hyperkylemia. If your diet contains potatoes and sweet potatoes, excess potassium should not be needed
I will add this to the next panel. I had planned on going in 4 weeks. You also left out vital tests like an iron profile, thyroid panel and kidney function, which an u and e and creatinine would have given you an Electrolyte break down which would have shown you where your potassium is.

I quote the doctor i work with for my clients and analysis business.
"If CRP is 4, there is already an active tissue infection/inflammation on a pathological level"
