Ive done some investigating and have ascertained that Anvar Oxydrolone is what i need to achieve my goals which are fat loss with strength gain without weight gain. Im already 120 kgs. Its not like im particularly over weight, just have a large bone structure.
I dont really know much about this, First time user.
When it comes to cycles i have no idea? I know one should take 100 mgs per day but please some help with cycles?

PCT, no i have not, what is the full name? PCT returns many results.
Tamoxifen is obviously a pct and is used post cycle?
Like strait after. What is the purpose of a pct? if you could post a link or something it would help. I dont really understand the jargon on the info page of Tamoxifen on this site.

Go here first:

Then spend the next few months reading old and new posts on this forum. Use the time to get your diet (which you appear to know nothing about either) and training right...
Good luck to ya,
Good night.

If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.

...and then you wonder why you want to lose weight. You sound like one of those that binge drink the whole night then get the munchies and go grab a burger and yummy fatty chips. And then you mention you need to cut down drinking while on gear, you need to do more than that...you gotta cut it out completely if possible :cheerswine :cheers
Post up your diet and include alcohol intake as part of your total calories. Ps alcohol has a lot of empty calories, and beer has a ton of carbs and you may be having a lot more calories than you think you are having
