i was speakin to a dude, and he built very well, ripped etc *blah blah blah*
he told me, an advantage in his cycle(s), was that he used different tests (with other compounds) at different stages during his cycle...
i cant remember it 100% correctly (we spoke at h20) and attention was aimed at the hot women :woohoo:
but the general idea is there
he said, during a cycle to divide the test usage in "columns"
for eg. a 16 week course, he would go:
week 1-5 : sus
week 6-14: test e
week 15-16: test prop
do you guys think this will work or just waste money, or just to stick to k.i.s.s, and use one type of product throughout the cycle
thanks

test is test is test is test.... he aint ripped from the test let me tell you that
but then again when I was 17 I was cycling and I was shredded at 6% bodyfat all year round and could eat what I wanted when I wanted... but as I got older I was required to have less cheats and started having to build myself a diet... so as I said everyone is different, I had a friend that just looking at food made him put on bodyfat...
simple maths... burn more calories than you consume with a higher ratio of those calories being protein, you will start to get abbs and over time depending on how diciplined, shredded...

The basic concept of that cycle is to run long esters for 14 weeks, using shorter esters in the first five to kickstart the cycle, then switching to the longer esters only as test levels have increased steadily, and finally using the shorter esters to stay anabolic in the final two weeks while the longers esters clear.
Its a simple plan to keep getting effects for all 16weeks, and one that most of us employ already. You can use this same idea by mixing any compounds (not just test) at the right times in the cycle.
In my next cycle I will use PGW super test and either cyp/enan in a similar fashion (prob 10weeks then 10weeks) with EQ, and probably frontend and backend the cycle with extra prop. It's still in the works but I know its gonna kick ass.
