Hey guys

Running Test E at 800mg/week for 12 weeks and was wondering what dosage would be optimal to prevent ALL testesterone aromatization during my cycle? Also, would ED or EOD dosages be required to achieve this?

take 1 x ADEX every second day. OR if you like, half a tab everyday:)

Adex is one of those things that are user dependent,but seems to be easier to work with than Letro.
If 1 adex tab = 1mg than definatly dont take 1 every day.

Start at 0.25mg eod and increase if necessary to 0.25 ed.
Most chemist stores stock pill cutters which can be used to cut the tabs in 4 pieces . (not easy to cut the lil ones) or just use a minora blade .

Yeah ive alsways used the 0.25 eod protocol and i have the LP liquid adex so its easy for me to measure the dosage in droplets. Well i think ill bump it up to 0.25ed.

I didnt see you want to get rid of ALL aromatize.

But still , start low and work your way up. Knowing what dose to use will only come with experience .

ive always used the 0.25ed protocol in all me cycles, although i have never run test above the 500mg mark. So, to mitigate any chances of gyno or water retention, i wanna ensure that i prevent as much test from aromatizing into estrogen as possible.

Just a quick question, but has anyone on this board experienced gyno while using an anti-aromotase (estrogen antagonists such as masteron and proviron dont count)

0.5mg/day

Any Test dose above 500mg and I would stick to 0.5mg/day. A-Dex ain't that harsh so it leaves enough estrogen in the system unlike letro.

I did 800 mgs of test on the last cycle with 0.5 mgs of adex daily which did wonders for me. First time i used adex in a cycle and its great. No water no itchy nipples for some reason i feel less aggressive as well.

I bought 10 tabs , split them in half , and take half a tab a day.

AstraZeneca is the brand which is also the original Adex in SA, very pricey too. Results were great 10 kgs of lean mass and the who cycle went so smooth.
