I have been training on & off for the past 10 years, more on than off but the focus was rehab and mobility after a bike accident. Not Bodybuilding in a pure sense.
The past year and a bit, I've been hitting the weights and am now 8kg's off my previous max. Clean!
I've also leaned out to about 11% -12% fat. Diet is generally good, could be better. I just can’t seem to eat enough.
Physical health is good, despite reduced lung capacity. Only notice it during "heavy" squats or leg press. Hip strength not in balanced through a full Range of motion, but getting close. I am now squatting ass to grass but not at max weight yet.
From an endocrine point of view, fertility was a bit of an issue a while back i.e. Lots of swimmers but they’re a bit lazy. Not an issue since my second son was born and I had the snip!
Blood pressure, cholesterol, liver function, prostate all good as per last health check in January.
Probably more than you ever wanted to know, but that's the story.
What dose of EQ would you suggest?
The addition of test seems like a good idea, just worried about oestrogen conversion, would 1mg/day A-dex work?
Should I reduce the cycle to 8-week if I add test?
PCT: looking at 4 weeks Nolvadex @ 40 mg/day then 20mg/day.
I’m not sure how to use HCG. In what dose is it available? Should I administer every 3rd or 4th week during the cycle and for 3 weeks PCT? At What dose should HCG be administered?
