how to counter T3 catabolic effects!?

Hello guys

I was thinking of using T3. My question: what would be good enough to counter the T3's catabolic effects using the lowest dose possible of lets say test cypionate (dont want to use test prop or anavar)

Also, over 4 week period with a diet of around 1000 calorie deficit per day, could someone give me a rough estimate of fat loss? I know its difficult to judge accurately, but I'd like to figure out whether it would be worth it or not?

(Current BF 15 %)
Cardio - 30 mins 5 x per week a.m. - 1 hour 6 x per week p.m.

Yes AAS will help reduce the catabolic effects of T3 .. estimate of fat loss is impossible to estimate as everyone's metabolism is different ,,

How are you going to use the T3 ? Are you going to combine it with clen? what dosages are you planning on using? How much do you weigh

For now just the T3 with something slightly anabolic.

I plan to taper up to 80 mcg per day, stay there for a while, then taper back down again. Ill be on a high protein diet etc.
bodyweight: +- 94kg
BF: about 15%

I thought as much about estimating how much bodyfat could be lost.. Do you think it would be worth it?

80mcg is high buddy,i took 60mcg after tapering up and all i can say is i didnt sleep a wink whilst at that dosage,insomnia on that stuff is a swine!

Sorry I didnt phrase the question nicely. What i meant to ask was: What amount of AAS (just enough) would be required to counter the T3's catabolic effects?
I dont want to use anavar or Test prop.

Thinking along the lines of a low does of depo per week ???

why dont u wanna take var and prop? that combo is tip top,i was taking 50mg winny EOD and 350Mg of equi a week and didnt notice a loss of muscle,

Var and Winstrol could work for you...anywhere upwards of 400mg test a week if i was u...

cuzzie have a look in the forum for the clen and lt3 thread,doctari posted some wonderful information on that topic,your best bet would honestly be tren....if u can handle it...

Sorry to jump in on your thread but how long after a Glen/LT3 cycle can you start your normal aas cycle considering that you might need pct if you pushed the limits on the dosages???

whats Glen? hehe,

dude i suggest and so will many others that u dont run a t3 and clen cycle out of an AAS cycle,why not run your clen/t3 cycle with anavar and winstrol?it will add to the hard looking physic that u are looking for...you can run an aas the day after your t3/clen cycle coz those substances are not anabolic(well clen is mildly anabolic)....

How do you leave a bottle of Prop with only 2 shots taken out and a bottle of Tren with 2 shots left? Or is that purposely left as is for those "oops i drew too much" days?

Thanks brothers. Was reading up on a old thread by Doctari as i was thinking of including it in a cycle. Netro and Dj thanks for the attachment and advice as i can now plan a good cycle and see were i made te mistakes in the threads i read.

mxt gave the most brilliant statement for the use of t3,it shouldnt be the base of your cutting cycle...it works really well but diet and training should be the base,and then add in some cardio,then some thermogenics such as eca or clen and kelp (iodine stimulates the thyroid(thanks doc )) and then u should be tip top...
