First time user of riods need advice please

I have been training for about 3 years now and decided its time to use riods, I want to use winstrol pills and would like to find out for how long must my first cycle be (weeks?) and should I use 2 tabs (10mg per tab)per day on training days ( which is 5 days a week with Wed and Sunday as resting days)I want to go the safest way getting lean Muscle without any side effects

buddy that is not gonna happen,even winstrol has its side effects,dry joints,liver damage etc etc,if u looking for the least amount of sides, u need to look at primobolin and anavar but i hope u have lots of money to spend,

we also need some stats,

1st we need to look at your diet,you training programme,you vital stats such as age,height bodyfat% and we may be able to look at those and put u in the right direction! maybe try a new training programme,Max - ot is a good one to follow esp for someone who has hit a plateau..but diet and training are the first things we need to look at,if u not eating right/enough how can u expect to grow,and i hope u realise that orals u dont keep most of your gains,your best best is to go for a test base,(test prop) and nice anabolic agent like anavar...then u have to look at your PCT... give us the information and we will help u best we can buddy...

I agree with the dj.. as someone said in another post, forgot who, "If you not ready to pin, then you not ready for roids" or something similar..
Anavar sounds like it has the least sides, and produces small 'quality' gains.. someone correct me if im wrong

spot on mill, var is very mild on the liver and u might even get away with minimal or no PCT depending on the dose

Im a first time user aswell.

Wanting to get Deca, testen and dianabol.

My stats are...69Kg, 1.83m. bf% unknown now.

Is this the best to use and how should i take it.

Not to be unhelpfull, but I think u guys need to do a lot of reading, this site and others, in order to get a good understanding of AAS, side effects, possible stacks, post cycle therapy (PCT), etc.

We all started somewhere and we were all green at some point. download some of the stuff in the download section as well. It will help get you up to speed.

You may end up with more questions than answers, but at least once you have some of the basics, you will appreciate what is good or bad advice, more improtantly, you might even follow that good advice.

It's not so much about what steroids you have or can find easily, but about doing it right for best results and not wasting you time, money or HEALTH!!!

You won't believe how much good info is out there.

I have read up a lot on different websites and feel comfortable on using but i just need some guidance and how to use from guys who have experience. Planning to get the bulking special. if you can recommend something else please do.

@ Acidkid,
Kessar yes with D-Bol, but no with Deca due to progesterone sides it might aggravate. If you combine the 2, Deca and D-Bol, A-Dex is your best bet and if you still really sensitive to progesterone sides then Parlodel.
