Could anyone plz suggest or recommend a good cycle if you have used before (deca/dianabol) and if you want a good balance between size quality and strength?

I would go with Prop and Var(8 weeks) or Prop and T-Bol(8 weeks prop 5 weeks tbol)

The quality of mass that you gain will be determined mostly by diet though.
