Do's and Dont's...

Howzit guys

I was thinking we could start something along the lines of:
Do's and Dont's in the weeks leading up to a new cycle...

Do's and Dont's while ON cycle

Do's and Dont's in the weeks after cycle and after PCT...


It could be a mix of facts and/or personal experiences. If it happened to you
or someone you know, let us know - doesnt matter how simple.

Some examples:

Up to a cycle: Get all your sh*t together first, gear and PCT.
IMO, the better shape you're in pre-cycle the better gains you should make.

On cycle: Use this time wisely - NO party's etc. You're putting additional strain on your sytem, so make the most of it.
Train and sleep to the max!

Post cycle: Dont try to lift like you did on cycle
Post PCT: If you are not anabolic enough, dont try to shed fat that you gained on cycle unless you know what you're doing
