Thinking ahead.

If a cycle works well for you and your PCT goes well i.e. you retain a significant amount of your gains, can you repeat that cycle in the future and expect similar results?

Or will the cycle become less effective on repeat?

Speaking of repeat cycles, there is a lot of talk of the actual cycles, but I haven't found much info on cycles per year.

what is the norm?

12 weeks on cycle
4 weeks PCT
6 weeks clean

rule of thumb time on +pct = time off before next cycle so if u are on for 4 weeks pct for 4 weeks then u should be off for 8 weeks before u go back on

That's ok on a short 6 week cycle, would it be the same on a 12 week cycle.

Bro, DJ gave a good response. Short, medium or long, same rule applies. First prize is to get a blood panel and make sure you are all ok etc and then do another cycle.

did mine a while back lab fees bout 1.5k to get the basics done, overall its money well spent

what exactly do you ask for on the blood panel, or does your gp do the request, knowing your steriod use?
