ok been on cycle for 1 week now (7 days)- some feedback
700mg Eq + 600mg Test En + 50mg Var /D
B-12 + B-Comp 2 x per week

initial doses upped as I'm not frontloading.
gained 2.5kg
feeling a bit stronger

minimal / no sides, a little water retention, no oily skin, etc. Balls haven't shrunk, nipples cool.
Eq hunger monster hasn't surfaced either. Temper a bit hot (always has been)

Week-2 doses
525mg Eq + 450mg Test En + 50mg Var /D
B-12 + B-Comp 2 x per week

2nd week complete

Gained another 1.3kg i.e. 3.8kg total gain
Feel a lot stronger: bench press up 10%, Squats up 20%.

Lost some fat, skin thinner and muscles harder.

Skin a bit oily, balls have shrunk a little, nipples cool.
Elbows & wrists a bit sore under load, not sure what that's about.

Diet is ok - getting better, lean, but I could be eating more. Work gets in the damn way, but hey it pays for my sins.
I have added another meal instead of a shake.

Also switched to a shake with a lower carb content

3rd week complete

Gained another 1.7kg i.e. 5.5kg total gain
Strength has levelled off.

More fat loss, a little more vascular.

Sides are cool

Got some general aches and pains that just feel like they are slowing me down, I suspect they are from the Anavar, but may just be getting old.

Have a week left on Anavar, so maybe I should just wait to see how things pan out, BUT I am thinking of maybe adding NPP to the mix.

I’m not sure if adding NPP will make me feel better.
Should I just stick to my original plan, add a small dose of NPP or replace the Equipoise with NPP?

If I do add NPP, what dose per week should I look at?

Strength increasing slowly but steadily. :woohoo:

Sides still ok, scalp itchy, and joints def. a bit achey. Stomach feels bloated the whole time.
Took the last Var on Sunday, so I will wait and see if I feel better.

Not that impressed with the Var so far, not sure I'll use it again. (Nomad Anavar):S

I am on my last week on Nomad Var (30mg ED)

I am also not impressed either. Dont feel much ..

Shit dude, I started @ 50mg / day, after not feeling it "kick" I upped it to 80mg / day - thats if the nomad tabs contain 10mg per tabs????

The brand really has deteriorated badly, var is usually such a great compound. Think it's going to take quite a while before faith has been restored in Nomad again.

Fair enough, just feel kak cause they used to have such a good rep. My gym partner went on a var course, Nomad @ 50mg pd and it rocked for him. More vascular, strength up. He was benching 2 extra plates and squat as well. That was Nov 07, since the new year only have been getting worse and worse.

Well I got 5 tabs left. I will take them all at once.. Nothing is happening anyways..

I will wait a while and simply take some winnies again.. Its the only thing that worked in my last cycle ...

5th week complete (21st July)

Lost some weight (-0.8kg) i.e. total gain 5.9kg:unsure:
Had to use USN Pure Protein (Couldn't get Muscle Science Perfect Protein) Make of that what you will.
Also experimented with some ephedrine, so mabe that's accounts for the weight loss.
I'm not too phased as I seem leaner, so the loss could also be fat.

Felt a noticeable strength kick.:woohoo:

Sides still ok. Def. feel better with no Var this last week.
Also had full body sports massage 1 / week, def. helped with some of the aches and pains, but damn it is hectic.

Also did checkup with the GP & blood work: BP slightly evevated 120/85. Lipids a bit high at 5.
Not sure how to feel about that, just kinda ignoring it for now. will re-do after PCT.

A bit behind but week 6 & 7 complete

Gained back 1.4kg after the previous loss i.e. total gain 7.3kg.

Strength slighly increased, but only by a very small amount.
Feel like gains are grinding and everything is a major effort.
Motivation is a bit down too:dry:

Almost eager to get this cycle done, but still 4 weeks to go.
Next cycle will be shorter (8 weeks), 12 weeks is getting long, esp. when your life is focused on training almost to the exclusion of everything else.

All work & no play...
