Yes, Yasmin is a prescription drug, but a GP will give you a prescription if you ask. No need to go see a Gynecologist for this one. Side-effects are pretty low compared to the others.
The best birth control for woman preparing for competition is the Novaring as it's effect on hormones are minimal. Problem is that most find it to uncomfortable.
Like you mentioned triphasil is easy to get and cheap, but it does cause weight gain in most woman. You can always go for a IUD, but not sure if you want to go through all that...

does your boyfriend know you are considering using steroids??
has dj sorted your diet?
other than that, your actual weight training also needs to be correct, no girly-ass weights..go hard and heavy or go home.. don't be scared to lift more than the boyfriend..

lolliepop wrote: Hi DJ,
I'll start with the last things first.
Cardio wise: I do stair climber, fitness flyer & cycle before and after my weight training.
Then in between my supersets I do jump squats, step ups,
Scissor jumps & jumping lunges. All of these are high intensity, and I
Don't rest in between.
ok well your main priority should be weight training,u need to put to train your muscles like your husband does,so first off ditch the cardio before training(you are only tiring yourself out) and train like a human being....you need to realize that the more muscle mass you have on your frame the more fat you are gonna burn, its like cars, what uses more petrol? a 1.3 or a 2.0l turbo? the bigger the engine(the more muscle) the more petrol(carbs, fats and stored fats) you will use. all these super sets and jumping flick flacks and pole dancing moves are gonna do is force u straight into over training with the amount of low calories you are on. your body needs a certain amount of calories to survive and do its normal bodily functions such as hair growth, organ repair, nail growth, breathing and moving around, so your body will have a certain amount of calories it needs in order to do that, right now u are eating less than what your body needs to survive, and then doing loads of exercise on top of that, you are just going to force the body into over training after time... if you battle to sleep, battle to wake up,feel cold alot of the time, have dry hair or skin, battle to pass a stool, then you are in a state of over training.
lolliepop wrote: Diet wise:mornings high fibre bran no milk no sugar I just add bit of hot
Water to make it soft.10h00 whey protein 30gr;12h00 cucumber, lettace, asparagus,
green pepper with either egg whites or 100gr
Chicken;15h00 whey protein again then I'm off to the gym at 15h30
For my workout. Then @ 18h00 it would be lettace and cucumber with one raw tomato and chicken
of 100gr.Nothing after that for the night.
ok there is alot of problems with this diet,it lacks alot of protein and fats and carbs.
breakfast : high fiber bran : how much? how many grams?personally ditch this for oats or something like that.where is the protein source? u need protein in 6-7meals of your day. 10h00 whey and??? u need some form of energy in this meal.
12h00 cucumber, lettace, asparagus, green pepper with either egg whites or 100gr Chicken : probably the first proper meal of the day but still lacking an energy source from either fats or carbs
15h00 whey protein again then I'm off to the gym at 15h30
For my workout. Then @ 18h00 : this is an extremely long work out with only 1 carb meal in the whole entire day being at breakfast, you need to dorp the whey for some solid form of food be it fish, chicken,or steak with a carb source here,u need carbs to train on.
dinner should be protein and veg, alot more fibrous veg such as brocolli etc with your chicken and some fat source...
before you go to bed you need some more protein in either the form of a slow release protien or a solid protien meal...
your fat loss has stagnated as you have slowed your metabolism right down and have been starving the body.
