Hi all, new to the site, but thankfully not new to training. And thanks for such a GREAT site!
Been training for 10 years pretty solid, but the last 5 have been a lot more focused as I have realized the importance of diet.
Started Cycle on 29 June 2008, cycle of GH, Test E and Test Prop. Doing VERY low dosages of Test per week (in total doing 350 mg Test per week) and also doing 2iu of Norditropin GH per day (4am morning shot)
Don’t want to gain ANY size, ONLY want to lean out as much as possible.
Diet is as follows:
4:00 am: Wake up shoot 2 iu GH
5:30 am: BSN NO Xplode
6:00 am: Weights workout
6:45 am: Vitargo
7:00 am: ON Whey (2 scoops = 50 gram Protein)
8:00 am: 50 grams Oats with Omega 369 oil and boiling water
10:00 am: Tuna, Rice, Almonds, Broccoli
13:00 : Chicken, Rice, Broccoli
16:00 : ON Protein (1 x scoop)
16:30 : Cardio (one hour walk Treadmill)
18:30 : eggs
20:30 : ON and Almonds
21:00 : Sleep
Supplementing with the usual Vit C, Multi vitamin, Calcium at night etc etc
Current stats:
Age: 33
Weight: 115 Kg’s
BF%: around 17%
OK, my question is, should I start throwing Clen in the mix with some Zaditen? I want to get super lean by 1 October 2008. Also, when should I throw Primobolan in the mix? Should I use the Test E only for 8 weeks and then drop it for something else for the last 4 weeks of cycle such as Winny AND Primo and keep the Prop in the mix as well?
Further, I had to start taking Neophedan @ 20mg cause of the Gyno…it hasn’t done much, but only been on for a week now.
I want to keep the GH running for 4 months, but when I drop the Test etc, what do I take after cycle? I heard Clen and GH isn’t a bad idea post cycle, with some Neophedan and something else?

I am not some “snot nose kid” that has been training for 6 months and “want to get big for the chicks”…I am VERY serious about my training and diet is 100% apart from 2 cheat meals per week.
