Hey all, yeah i know the bulking cycle has been discussed in depth but want some feedback on mine and would like to know if maybe i should increase my dosages for maximum results. I have just started week one so still plenty opportunity to change things around.

week 1-10 test, 1ml every 6th day
week 1-4 DBol, 20mg daily
week 10-12, clomid 25mg daily
week 10-14, Kessar 20mg daily
week 4-8, Winstrol 20mg daily

Should i increase Dbol to 30mg daily and up the test to 2ml a week? also would the Winstrol help with the current test in the body and aid in ciculation. any thoughts and feedback would be appreciated.B)

Which Test are you using and what strength is it? 100mg/ml?

Personally I think this looks OK, however, @ 300mg of Test per week this is not much of a "bulking diet" as such...

Give us your stats, age, weight, body fat % etc.

Look, I am doing 300mg per week, but I dont want to add ANY at all, I weigh 115 kg's, but this dosage is very low for a bulking cycle.

I am sure that any cycle is useless without the correct diet, so give us your diet and training regime as well.

Age is 26, current weight 75kg, body fat around 12%, height is 1.8

So u reckon around 600mg a week and maybe up the dose to 30mg Dbol.

up your test to 600mg per week, i think that should be good to go...remember, you need to run Test E at a minimum of 8 weeks as this is how long it takes to start working.

Just looked at your diet, if you want to bulk, have some carbs and protein before your weights workout. Having just creatine is not great. Pre and Post workout meals are your most important meals of the day.

I would suggest having some protein and a banana before weights, dont need creatine before. Get yourself some Vitargo for IMMEDIATELY post workout. Then have protein shake 20 minutes later after Vitargo. You need to pack in the HIGH GI carbs post workout, throw in 10 rice cakes post workout and some eggs etc.

Dude, youre weighing only 75 kg's, you need to start eating and eating bud. Especially good carbs, keep low GI for during the day and high GI carbs post workout.

Winny is good to end a cycle off, it increases the body to assimilate free test in the body.

Thanks Bro appreciate the feedback, i understand how important it is for me to put my gains back one again, got abit slapgat and lost a few kgs.

So 600mg a week for 10 weeks should do the trick! I threw the creatine away last week i was having an issue with it, it was just not agreeing with my me or my stomach. Thats one thing i have in the house is bananas so will eat some before workout.

I heard alot about Vitargo so will go out and get some this week and give it a bash, have to put as much effort into it as possible.

Some feedback after starting my first cycle. Strength gains have gone up dramatically since i first started the cycle which is a given. Size well have gone from my weak 75kg that i posted here to 84.2kg, my goal is to try and hit 88kg before my cycle ends. Just some input is the weight gains i am having in the sort of norm for a first bulking cycle? Diet, well i have been eating like a monster.
