Possible quad injection concern

I must add that i did a hard race on sunday; some leg weight training on monday and a hard interval session yesterday. Might be a overload issue as well but i have never had issues with my ITB before. So my question is: Is it possible for a quad injection to cause infection down the leg in the ITB area?

What gauge?
No more than 2ml and i strongly suggest using a 25/26gauge.
I split a 3ml in L/R quads on the same day. Load, shoot 1.5 in one leg, pull out, new needle, shoot other leg.

Just above the knee on the top right hand side its a swollen area about 10cm long. Just assuming its the ITB. Might be part of the muscle that i injected into. Dont know the leg muscles so well. Totally cripple:(

MY first 2 injections per quad was abit tender and sore aswell, But by the third time my quads were used to it and it was almost painless.

I took 50mg voltaren yesterday afternoon; last night and this morning. Dont know if that made the difference. Thanks for all the input. Its getting better so im not that worried anymore.
This is one insane cycle! Within 1 week there was a major difference. Worth the injection pains:laugh:

If its your first time with prop-welcome. Prop is a bitch your first time-I could barely walk for a week. It gets better.
What you can do to minimize the pain is to inject more frequently-daily-so the dose per pin is lower, but youll have to rotate sites a lot. You can also cut it 1:1 ratio in the syringe with sterile grape seed oil which will ower the concentration and make it more tolerable.
How are you handling the prop at other sites?

Near the end of my last cycle i had probs for some reason was pinning test cyp and trianabol. 2.5mls monday and thursday. I kept on hitting a vein or something and i coughed and coughed thought i was gonna die, happened about 4 times. The one shot was crazy crazy was swollen from the top of my leg all the way around my knee the next day. But the next jab i had was painless perfectly fine...all about hitting that right spot. Luckly i can check the veins in pasty white leg so thought i was missing my veins, must of hit a deep vein or something.
That was my lil insight lol.

Serious bro, if your body doesn't like you injecting that site, rather don't. It can be a number of reasons, wrong size gauge needles, moving the needle when injecting, hitting some nerves (however I don't see any of these causing the pain you describe in your knee) unless it's got infected.
If it doesn't go away go see a doctor and if asked and you don't want to reveal steroids, say you where pinning B12/CO.
Sorry about that.

My leg is 100% now. Only tender if i press on the site that was swollen. Still taking the voltaren @ 50mg x 3/day. The 1st injection in my left delt was bit uncomfortable for 1 day but nothing serious. No discomfort or pain with the other pins. Its only my 2nd week though. Will be trying out the left quad on monday and see how it goes.
Im very careful with the whole thing. I swab the bottles before drawing and after with new swabs. Drawing & pinning with different needles. Swab before and after pinning the site & then long massage after pinning
Thanks for the input guys! I really apreaciate the support. We'll see how the left quad pinning goes monday:laugh:
