I have been away from gym for awhile (3 months) due to a herniated (spelling?)disk while doing deadlifts.
My chiropractor asked me nicely to stop training or I would end up with permanent back issues, which i have anyway.Get this electric shock sometimes when i bend funny.Hey, elke sport het sy beserings...
Anyway, I am on the right track again.Watching my diet, eating clean, slowly bringing my bodyfat down (currently at 19%).
Once I am down to 10%-12%, which will be awhile, my goal is for mid October this year, I am going on a cycle again.
My stats and previous experience :
Age : 29
Current Weight : 100kg's
Bodyfat : 19%
Years training : 8
Cycles before : 5
Diet : I am currently doing the Velocity Diet to help me reach my 10%-12% goal for mid Oct.Its too long to list, but you guys
should know what the V-Diet is about.If not, check out the T-Nation website.
Before the injury i was at 109kg's and 15% bodyfat, but screwed it all up with no training, bad eating,late nights at work.
Now my proposed cycle :
Proposed duration : 8-10 weeks
Juice :
Test E
Winstrol
Anavar
GH
PCT
Now my reason for asking is that i have never taken GH (due to financial constraints) but now I can afford it, i want to take it, how would i take it with the above "ingredients"??If i am not mistaken GH should be taken for 3 months.Should i start the GH before the juice and then add the juice later, or can i start together and carry on with the GH for the remainder.??
I was thinking Test E @ 600mg's per week, with daily Anavar (not sure of dosage) and Winstrol for last 4 weeks.Obviously this includes PCT and such.
Maybe you guys can suggest something else to go with the GH instead of my proposed cycle, I would really appreciate your input here.
