I am wanting to go on another cycle soon and was wondering what is the most cost effective cycle... most punch for your buck! I don't mind if I get a little water retention but looking for good lean gains.
What should I take and how much of it should I take?
Below is pretty much my eating plan which is pretty solid and I keep to it 6 days of the week.
The Eating plan
07:30 100g raw oats with 60g whey protein with salt/sugar free p.butter
10:00 250g chicken fillet basmati rice
12:00 60g whey in water and banana/apple, with 3 rice cakes
15:00 Same as 10:00 meal
16:30 60g whey in water
17:20 TRAINING
19:00 60g whey in water
20:00 10 egg white omelet with two yolks or 250g chicken/steak with veg
I do eat XXL mince when I can get it a good price - chop and change
with the chicken. Once a week I have a cheat day.
Extras: Coffee, green tea, Multi vitamin, ZMA, Vit C, fish oils, clen or eca.
Drink 3- 4 liters of water a day
The Stats
Weight: 86kg's
Height: 1.75cm
Fat percentage(if possible): +/- 15%
Training: 4-5 years... training seriously as a "bodybuilder" for about 1 and a half of them.

I have to squeeze in my meals easily as I don't have time for eating meals because of my work.
But also get chicken very cheap as well, R22 per kg filleted breasts.
I suppose I could quickly chow 2 breasts with the rice cakes instead of the shake at 12:00.
My budget is a little bit flexible... if I need gear I'll cut down on the sups and going out that month. Just buy a little more chicken to substitute. I normally look at about R1000 - R1500 for a cycle.

an average dosage of tbol is 30-50mg per day for the first 2-4weeks...do thats with 350mg of equi a week for 10weeks and 1.1-1.2mls of test prop ever second day(just over 100mg) and u should be sorted... but good luck finding some tbol at the moment though

OK, dude you gotta stop with all these god damn shakes! You need REAL food to grow...not shakes. They are full of sugars, dextrose blah blah blah. let me ask you this question, how do you think your liver and kidneys handle all that crap in the protein powders, all the aspartame the dextrose?
This is not the way to "add lean muscle" the only way is to stick to 2 protein ONLY shakes and get your carbs from the rice cakes etc from the previous mail.
The rest of the day you need to eat whole solid food. Try eat raw broccoli for for 12 weeks 2-3 meals a day with a tin of tuna and 15 raw almonds and some rice as a meal. Now that is one power meal!!!
I also have a very fast paced job bro, you need to prepare and pack every night before work. Learn to cook...it becomes invaluable in the long run. Prepare on a Sunday for the next 2-3 days, cook up some ostrich mince, chicken breasts and some rice. Youre set for work! Make time at work to eat as well. And this will save you TONS of cash as I am sure you are spending a fortune on powder...
Rather take the cash that you save and put it into one best quality Protein powder like Optimum Nutrition Gold Whey Standard.
Train, eat, work, sleep...DO IT! Fuck the jolling...that will come in December. LOL!
Hope this helps.

Saizen - be at blunt as you want bro... I respect the honesty. The more I can learn about nutrition/food the better. Crit away bro.
But I am still wondering how to get my protein with my first meal, because I will be cutting out the whey. Other than whipping up an omelet every morning. Whey and oats goes down easy in the morning, when I don't have that much of appetite. Any tips?
So will only be sucking down a shake before and after training?
My protein of choice will be chicken. Carbs = basmati rice and veggies.
Will have that as meal 2, 3 and 4, protein shake, TRAIN, protien shake, then last meal of the day will be steak/chicken with veggies for dinner. What you guys reckon?
