I am currently planning my first cycle, and would like to know what you guys think of it. Im 22, 1.95m and 98 kgs and looking to put on some mass.

Week 1-4: D-bol @20mg per day
Also Testosterone Enanthate(300mg/ml) 1.5ml injection every 6 days.

And 2 weeks before the cycle ends, Nolvadex @ 20 mg per day for 1 month.

Im still a novice so any ideas are welcome!

1st of all make sure that uve been training natural for a min of
12 weeks . this is important because yr bodys androgen receptor
sites need 2 b "woken up" so as 2 b abel 2 utilize the juice
or else the juice will have little or no effect . cycles should
always be between 6 to 12 weeks . PS too much test can b problematic.
the following stack has worked 4 me and many of my buds.

week 1
anabol 20 mg a day testovirom 1ml a week
week 2
anabol 30 mg a day testoviron 1ml a week
week 3
anabol 40 mg a day testoviron 1ml a week
week 4
anabol 40 mg a day testoviron 1ml a week deca 300mg a week
week 5
anabol 30 mg a day testoviron 1ml a week deca 300mg a week
week 6
anabol 20 mg a day testoviron 1ml a week deca 300mg a week
week 7
deca 300mg a week
week 8
deca 300mg a week 20 mg clomid a day 4 2weeks
week 9
deca 300mg a week

and thats it . remember that nutrition play the most important role
in body building. if u dont eat properly u cant grow properly.

The deca will only really start working when you stop - run Deca from day1. It also shuts you down plenty - so add HCG, increase Clomid therapy and add Letro. Inject Test E twice/week. Up the Test to at least match the deca.
Extend this cycle to 12 weeks.

IMO that is a good cycle looking at compounds used, BUT the mix and timing needs work (real work). Stopping test is not that great an idea considering the sides from the Deca. I also shy away from cycles with weak PCT's and this one needs some real work.

I would stick with the original suggestion and run with the d-bol and test cycle. This is very nice for beginners and you can gauge your response to erogenous test with this cycle. Would follow jackrabbits advice on injection protocol (2 x p/w) for the test and you don't need huge amounts on your first cycle, but would look at upping it slightly, maybe to 400 or 450mg p/w. You can run a more basic PCT as well and look at Kessar and Clomid. Start your PCT 11 - 14 days after your last shot and run with that.

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.

bud,just a question,how long have u been training for in total?

Started training when I was 16, I was 1.89m and 68kgs at the time and really struggling to put weight on now...

Hey Jacques... forget the gear bud... what is your eating plan like?
There isn't any point taking juice if you eating like a normal human:)
I was able to put on 10kg's naturally over a year... obviously not all muscle, but still gains are gains especially if you struggling.

well u done a good job over 6 years on putting on 25kgs or so... one thing u gonna have to do is eat to grow,straight up. u cant expect to build a house just using cement and no bricks,your building blocks are your macro nutrients,post up your daily calorie intake on an average day,if u not putting on size then u are defiantly are not eating enough plain and simple.we can look at your diet and make adjustments and fiddle around there to get u to put on some size...i've got 2 guys that have been emailing me that are both life partners and have HIV and they battle to put on any muscle because of their predicament... in the last 12 weeks through constant revision of their diets and adjustments and use of anabolics i have managed to help them put on 9 and 11kgs respectively. when they approached me for diet help they were on cycle of 400mg of deca a week and 500mg sust a week and they were finishing off their cycle and had only gained 2kgs off a 12 week cycle. so after a couple of weeks i gave them a diet to follow and hey both bought the same cycle that they had obtained from their supplier and they grew like weeds....now after their pct and more adjustments to their diet they are still gaining without anabolics... i am not claiming to be a dieting expert or anything but all i did was worked out their maintenance calories, add 500 calories because of the hiv bug, then i added a following 500calories to help them grow,so they where eating 1000calories above maintenance excluding their post work out shake and they are growing and are getting healthier to a degree... i suggest u adapt your diet,train for 12weeks with the adapted diet and see if you are getting the results u are looking for... once your 12 weeks are up and u have noticed a difference then consider adding anabolics into your training schedule... you need to fuel the fire in order to grow, i know that one of our memebers ogre is a beast of a man 110kgs + and he is eating close on 5000cals a day excluding the ice cream he chows at night after popping his glucophage...isnt that right ogre... the choice is yours, u will probably find the reason u are not growing is because u are not feeding enough....

yip im hearing what youre saying... I think the problem might start with the fact of still being at varsity, I try my best to eat as much and as I can, considering all the nutrients I need. And also been using Muscle Science Optimum Anabolic protein. But Im definitely gonna do some more research into the diet thing, maybe Its just me not seeing the nutritous food here...

dude i am still at college,i still get time to eat my meals,i just cook them the night before or when i come home from doing my cardio,its up to u, if u are wanting the growth u will put in the time to get your food down...and if your lecturer bitches at you for eating in class all u tell him is i am hypo glycemic so i have to eat in order to keep my blood sugar levels regulated,even if its a whole lot of bullshit how can he or she prove u wrong on that....i use that excuse every time i write an exam...coz generally 1 hour in the exam i break out into my lunch box and chow....u gonna need to look on the dieting and contest prep section of the forum,most of the info you need is there....

I agree with dj, if you want to grow you have to put in the effort.
I have a full time job and I am able to get my meals in...even if I eat infront of my clients. I even told my boss that if he doesnt like my eating habits he can find a new studio manager.haha!
They know me for my habits and they get use to it.

Pack your meals the night before and cook in bulk. So you can freeze or keep in the fridge.
I cook at least 2kg's of chicken breasts in the oven at a time. It just saves me slaving away every day after training in a kitchen.

as for silvex dude why use deca for 3 weeks at the end?? start it ryt in the beginning and run for much longer than 3 weeks.. remember deca givs bad shut down so pct will more difficult! whereas if u run it in the beginning then ur pct will be far easier and by running deca for longer u will actually get the benefits of it with it being a long ester and all!
