Equipoise and Winstrol cycle

Hey guys hope all is well...

One of my friends wants to go on the following cycle so I want to hear your thoughts on this.He wants to gain lean mass of this and cut down a bit.

1.81m
80kg
11% body fat.
3 years weight training experience.
He will be getting a diet from DJ.I told him nutrition is key.

Equipoise 700mg a week.Monday + Thursday.week 1-10.
Winstrol inject 80mg every 3rd day.Week 6-10.

Pct:54 days after last injection of Equipoise.
Clomid 50- day 1-7 2x50mg a day.
Nolvadex 20-day 8-37 20mg a day.

He wants to know how this cycle will affect his ripped appearance?
And how much water retention he can expect?
As well as the type of gains he can expect?

According to my research Equipoise has a low level of water retention.Much lower than test.Please say if something else is needed in the cycle.

is this his first cycle? i would seriously suggest taking 525mg of equipoise and adding in some test,even if its 300mg of test prop a week he will thank you... diet will give him that ripped look,adding in some proviron through out his cycle will be good... pct add in some HCG and u good to go...

Ok will tell him to switch the Equipoise from 700mg to 525mg.will add the HCG to his cycle.This is his second cycle.Can he add test enantate as he has 10ml of this already?

I would run Equi up to 16 weeks. Personally I only really see results with Equi at week 6-7. Hunger starts within 2 weeks. Strength at week 3/4.
